Does anyone have any tips for writing the essay for the study abroad program? I’m trying to go to a program in China (in Suzhou) but I’m not sure how competitive it is or how high the acceptance rate is.

Hi! I have a Chinese citizenship but I’ve been in the US for literally my whole life (I haven’t gotten the chance to do my American citizenship)
I’m super interested in doing an exchange program at my school in the US with XJTLU and I want to know if I qualify or if I can even apply.
I translated the website and it says something like Chinese national students can apply as visiting students if they’re enrolled in overseas college. But I’m not sure if that means like Chinese citizen or Chinese nationality.
If anyone can help I would be so grateful bc I’m so stressed out abt this right now

Currently writing my essay to study abroad and working my way through the application.
(haven’t met up with anyone that counsels the study abroad bc they’ve been busy every time I’ve gone to the office)
I have a few questions:
Does anyone have any experience on how strict the acceptance rate is? I meet all the criteria for the exchange location but I’m still worried.
What happens after you get accepted? What r the next steps??
+ any general advice from those who have studied abroad?
As title says. Is it possible? Do I need to go in person or can it be done online?
I’ve been looking for a walking pad for a month now. I still don’t understand what all the fancy specs mean.
I am 5’2 and 135 pounds.
I hope im not asking for a unicorn of a walking pad, but I just want something that will last a few years.
I plan to walk an hour a day. I don’t really care about the apps or incline, but it’ll be nice to have.
I can’t tell if this walking pad is an overkill or not. Or if this is the perfect one. I just don’t want something to break. I don’t have a car so I can’t return it if it’s too heavy.
It’s a screen recording video that’s 19 minutes long. It’s worth a lot so I’m really upset that it’s taking so long. It’s been on 0% for about an hour now. And I’m not sure what to do.
