Partial payment before charge off date

Hello,

I was wondering if you make a payment (say the amount 90 days overdue but not the 60 days overdue), if that will prevent the account from being charged off.

PayPal Credit $3.5k, wait to settle before charge off or try to pay?

Hey,

I have a PayPal Credit account I haven’t paid in 90 days. My credit score has already dropped about 40 points for the late payments.

My question is, should I try to wait try to settle closer to the charge-off date, or should I try to pay the amount? How much more will my credit score drop if I take a settlement offer? I’m just trying to weigh what the best option is since my credit has already dropped a bunch…

AITA for asking my wife to help pay for daycare when she’s not working full-time?

See title, whenever I ask my wife to help pay for our $1,900 monthly daycare bill, she says I’m an asshole and don’t value her. She currently isn’t working but will be starting a job in a few weeks. She does receive child support and does some gig jobs, but uses those funds to fuel her shopping addiction.

How to get my spouse to start contributing to her expenses when she has a shopping addiction.

As the title reads, my spouse is not contributing to rent and her car payment despite her having a severe shopping addiction. It’s gotten so bad that we can barely enter our apartment with all the crap she’s purchased in the last 6-12 months.

What can I do about this?? I’m pretty lost.
