Keeps putting me in bios and in ipv idk what that means or does

So last week I’d discount some SATA, floppy disk, and HDD drive cables bc I don’t need them, bc I don’t have either of those. I have an NVME, but after I did that, it kept booting me to the BIOS. Now I don’t know what to do bc it’s loading IP, and idk what to do with that info. I already have a fresh install of Windows on a flash drive, but I don’t want to lose all of my data; it takes way too long to redownload everything back since I use my pc for recording and gaming and I don’t want to go through that again. Is their a way to save my main ssd without have to whip clean my system.

Smt happened to my main SSD.

So I just deep cleaned my pc getting ride of the built up dust on my pre built pc that I’ve gotten from 3 years ago. It came with a lot of cables which they were unnecessary I still have them not getting ride of them. After I plugged in all of the cables my pc was sent to bios. I tried clicking on save changed and exit but whenever I do it boots back on bios. I already have windows installed on a USB drive but I don’t want to lose all the data from my main 500gb ssd and the data from my 1Tb SSD. Is there a way to save my SSD memory that has some important files on it.

It’s running slow

I’ve owned my Xbox one s since 2020 I replaced its old thermal paste with brand new thermal paste in 2023 (ik your supposed to replace thermal paste every 5 years) I’ve cleaned out its fan since their was built in dust for 4 years. But the problem is that most games I play run slow like Roblox whenever I play a game like breaking bones simulator or smt I forgot the name. But whenever I play a Roblox game that came out in 2010’s it’s slow. Same goes with Fortnite but that’s a given since the graphics are to advanced for my Xbox one s but the loading screen takes to long. It’s even a problem when I play cuphead it’s not a graphic demanding game but takes me a minute to either fight the bosses or enter into a level. I don’t know what todo with it I’m already on planning replacing it with a series X but I don’t have the money and I’m to attach to my Xbox one S. Should I just buy a SSD Sata drive 2.5 or just replace it for a new console.

Wreslting workouts

I love wrestling and rn the season is over. Rn I want to focus on becoming explosive on the mat and in general becoming more fit since I weigh somewhere 200 pounds at 5’5. I do go to the gym but most of the time I don’t go bc I’m either to lazy to go or because I don’t have the time to go (I take the bus takes me 20 minutes to go the gym and 20 minutes back I work out at the gym for 1 hour or 1 hour and 39 minutes). I just need workouts that help me become stronger, more explosive, good conditioning, and endurance idk if I need to add mor to that.

Only 1 SSD shows (I have 2)

I have 2 ssd’s i have my main one the 500 GB, which is located near my GPU (my motherboard is an ASRock B550m-c). My second one is located in the lower-right corner of my motherboard, near the GPU. I've checked my BIOS. It says that my main SSD is frozen or something, and for some reason it does not detect the second one I've already clean-wiped both and I was thinking of instant flashing but I to scared to do it bc I don't want to brick or destroy my pc since I'm still new to this pc stuff I've owned my pc since 2023 or 2024. Now I just want to go back and play my games on my pc. In general, I just want to know what I should do since when I go to save and exit it takes me back to the BIOS and not to the login window of Windows where it tells me to enter my password. Pls help and tell me what I should be doing
