Employment at OMC

I am considering a move to the PA area and am looking for some insight into working at the hospital. I am a nurse at a level 2 hospital in WA and work in a 24 bed ICU. Ideally, I would like to continue working in the ICU, but I am open to training in a different specialty If that’s what it takes. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Is the pay competitive?
thanks in advance!

First egg

Finally got our first egg! I can’t wait for the other hens to follow suit. I have a flock of 10 - 4 ISA browns, 3 sapphire gems and 3 cuckoo marans. Each breed is a few weeks younger than the other, so I’m hoping for a stagger of incoming eggs now!

Dog trainer

Any suggestions on a dog trainer that isn’t ridiculously expensive? Preferably in the Bellingham area, but I would be willing to travel to Lynden or Ferndale for the right trainer/price. I really just want to focus on basic commands, recall and leash training.

Thanks in advance!

Ruined privacy/potential forever home

our neighbors moved in a year and a half ago. they werent bad at first, seemed friendly, albeit a little nosy. a few months later, they move their adult daughter into an RV that’s essentially on the property line. she has 3 large dogs that she lets out periodically and always manages to slam her RV door while her dogs are barking constantly. not only did they park this RV on the property line which is visible to us as soon as we step out the front door, but they also placed 45 chickens and a mini horse near the property line. and oh yeah, they have 20 acres! it’s so incredibly frustrating everyday to feel like our privacy has been stripped from us. we are annoyed and uncomfortable at home to the point of we’re looking into moving away.

and yes, we have asked the neighbor to move the RV and they say “it’s only temporary”. I feel so defeated and exhausted.

*edit - let me also clarify, the “temporary” RV has been in its spot for over a year now.
