Actually...no, I can't.

Life got weird. There were adventures. There were distractions. At one point I'm pretty sure I accidentally touched grass.

I'm back now, and I've undoubtedly accumulated more Chucks than any reasonable person should own.

Please accept this as my formal apology and application for readmission.

I recently took a road trip with my dad out to Colorado Springs. He has been battling cancer for the last 6 years and we have never taken a trip that's just the two of us. We wanted to do this while we still could so to commemorate the time, I got this a reminder that no matter how old I get, I'll always be his little girl.

Good food, good conversation, good times. I hope we can do it again next year.

Much like Garfield, I hate Mondays. They also feel much longer than they should....and then Fridays never feel long enough.

It was a lovely here in the Windy City on Monday so I took advantage of that and wore a sundress.

I remember the 1996 picture being taken. Who you can’t see are my two cousins. We were on Mt. Lemmon is Arizona. No one told me or my younger cousin to bring a hoodie (he was also wearing a t-shirt).

Nowadays, I almost always in a hoodie because I am always cold!

And other than my hair being a little thinner, a lot greyer, and a little shorter....I haven't changed much.
