So when I got my T7 ssd, I wrote the password down in two (2) different locations because they said if I forget it they can’t help. Well now, a year later after plenty of use with no problems, it says my password is invalid!!!!! WTF???!!!!
I’ve confirmed the password from both locations and it’s the right one!!!!
Samsung customer care said sorry, we can help you return it to factory new but you’ll Lose ALL your data!!!!!
This sucks and they must think I’m stupid to suggest I reset, lose all data, and use it again!!!!

My 25 Tundra is being totaled by the insurance company. They say there is possibly frame damage where the swing arm attaches to the frame and they are going to total it. I really don’t think there is any frame damage but I’m not going to argue. How do these things generally go? I imagine they will determine what the value is but do I have to accept their value? How best to determine if their value is legitimate or how do I dispute it if it’s not ? I only have 8000 miles on it and the damage is not visible, the truck looks immaculate. The only indication of damage is a very slight pull to the left. Slight meaning to go straight I have to hold the steering wheels 12 o’clock position halfway between 12 and 1 o’clock. It’s only noticeable on the highway and not at all in town.
