25mg and constipated

I’ve finally reached 25mg and luckily I never got constipated until now! I need to pick up magnesium citrate and take it lol. I bought the pill form and thinking I need the liquid form. Does anyone know. Thanks!

Anyone skip a dose and notice any changes?

I’m on 9mg I skipped a dose yesterday because I was feeling nauseous in the evenings. The food noise came back and I was eating pasta at 11:30 pm! Now it’s morning and I started my dose again. I’ve been on the toilet 3 times already! Think I’m getting rid of all the food I ate yesterday 😅

Difficulty returning into the office, pay cut of 20k to be fully remote?

I’ve been remote for 8 years then was laid off and didn’t work for 6 months. I recently took a job that was hybrid but finding out no one in the office likes employees that work from home and complain about them. I was finally able to negotiate 2 days WFH but not sure how long that is going to last. Also there is a strict 8-5 schedule, no flex schedule. The job is lateral with my previous company and I’m seriously thinking about taking a 20k pay cut to work fully remote. It would take me from 95k to 75k.

The commute is not too far about 20 mins each way but what’s taking a toll on me is the time it takes me to get ready for work. Previously I was going to a 6 am work out class now that’s no longer an option as it wouldn’t give me much time to get ready for work and commute there. I also had to go buy an all new wardrobe around 600 (suit, dress pants, etc) which I assume will be more as time goes by. There is also the gossip/drama at work and people talking to me in useless conversations not related to work at all.

Any advice out there? I keep telling myself to stick it through but I’m seriously missing work from home. The 75k will be fully remote and the entire company is fully remote so RTO will not be an option. It’s less money but the job has less responsibilities but I just want work life balance due to working remote for 8 years. Help.

Wegovy pill and craving fast food or take out

Hi there! I’m on 4mg and moving to 9 soon. Problem is when I eat something it doesn’t taste good! Lol when I eat something healthy I only take one or two bites and get turned off quickly but I am craving fast food and take out! Anyone else like this? Ugh I think this is why I’ve only lost 4 lbs.

Cefdinir for kidney infection

I went to urgent care for a kidney infection and the doctor prescribed me Cefdinir. Has anyone taken this for a kidney infection and did it make it go away? I keep reading that it’s not typically used for that but I also keep seeing that it’s used for UTIs. Thanks

Wegovy pill, Foods that make you have a tummy ache

I’m on week 2 of Wegovy, my first week I lost 2lbs but I think it was all water weight and inflammation. Now to foods - I had yogurt for the first time yesterday and had the worst stomachache! I am increasing my work outs and was about to do a 30 mile bike ride when all of the sudden my tummy started to hurt and I had to #2. I only ate yogurt that morning! Luckily I wasn’t out on the ride when it happened lol I would have to go in the bushes!

I thought yogurt was on the list of good foods. List things you used to enjoy but now gives you a stomachache or foods I should think about avoiding. I don’t want to run into that situation again!

I also had beef bulgogi, rice, egg and Kim chi at a Korean restaurant (which I thought would be healthy) but turns out I was wrong because when I got home I woke up at 2 am wanting to vomit and has the worst stomachache!
