I purchased a dress that arrived with a stain in the front, and Poshmark approved my return. The seller also responded and said it was likely makeup, and she would like the dress back so she can try to clean it.

It wasn’t a huge spot, right on the edge, so I thought…I’m going to try and get it out. I’ve searched for this dress for almost a year - I finally found it at a great price, and was SO sad about the stain. I got it out! So I would like to keep the dress.

Is there a way to cancel a return? Can I just click the accept button? Or do I just not send it back? I don’t want her funds held up - what’s the best option?

(I messaged posh support but they said it could be 1-3 days before hearing back, and I’m supposed to send the return back in the mean time.)

Do men's clothes just not sell?

I'm a relatively newer seller and have had decent success with my own clothes. But my husband recently cleaned out his closet, and I thought I would list some of this things - brands like Travis Mathew, J Crew, etc. Zero traction. No shares, no likes. Crickets.

I know the recent update has affected things, because I'm feeling it with my women's listings as well. But I had posted a small handful of his items earlier this year, before any updates, and they also just got ignored. So thinking maybe Posh isn't the right platform for men's clothes? Would love any feedback.

PS - all my listings are steamed, in great lighting, with measurements and detailed descriptions
