Are there now two demos available? Or will my original demo simply be updated with the new one?

Hi all. I'm looking to buy a property in the next few months. I'll be living in it so as to make it my Principal Place of Residence, and then look to lease it out for a year or two, likely commencing around April 2027.

With this in mind, will I be impacted by the new rules announced at Budget? Don't they have to get passed in Parliament first?

And how do these new Budget announcements impact the 6 year rule and leasing out your property in those 6 years?

I've searched the Nintendo E Shop however I can only seem to find the Switch 1 Demo. Is that right?

When I click on the Switch 2 version of the game it only looks like I can purchase the game. There's a separate $1 Switch 2 Upgrade but I assume that's only for the full game.

Is anyone able to clarify this? Thank you!

I do thoroughly love Dragon Quest. I've just completed Dragon Quest III remake and am playing through I and II now. Not sure if playing VII Reimagined might give me Dragon Quest fatigue?

I actually don't know much about Trails but I know it's received very positive reviews.

As the title asks (this is for Dragon Quest 3 Remake).

Do you get more stat growth through your levels if you use seeds on specific classes? Should I make my characters all warriors, then use all the Stamina and Defence seeds, Level up, then change to Sage and use all Wisdom Seeds etc?

I'm at the end game in Alfegard with the Hero and 3 Sages. All 3 Sages were previously Mage/Priest, then swapped to Gadabout and then to Sage.

They all have around 250 HP and I'm worried they're not tanky enough.

Should I change them to Warrior for HP/Def growth? If so, do I need to change their personalities at Level 1 to Tough Cookie? And then swap them to Sage again and swap their personalities to Genius? Unfortunately I only have two Words of Wisdom so one of them will need to become Gadabout again.

This is a PPOR (although we will lease for the first 2 years [making it PPOR first]).

Similarly, I also own $50k in shares, a $20k car and have $200k superannuation balance. My husband's assets only include a $120k superannuation balance.

From a tax perspective, is it best if the property goes into my husband's name, my name or joint?
