For context, I played a game as Byzantium and managed to get 3 million pops in Constantinople at some point with a comfortable 2,3k monthly growth. Not only that but I was already hoarding many ducats to the point I simply accumulate them needlessly.

So with that in mind I beg the question: If I have enough population to employ in my buildings and the scalling cost with each building is not an issue, is there any good reason why I should not make Constantinople an industrial hell?

My only reasoning to not do that already is the possible shortage of raw materials elsewhere, but that is their problem and not mine since my merchants are also true magnates that can suck everything from elsewhere too.

Edit: I think I forgot to mention that I reported this user, one for each interaction.

Plain old harassment, yet almost a month has passed and this user still has in their bio a very explicit call for violence against me.

However, almost a month has passed and the hateful content is still in there despite clearly breaking the site's rules and I am starting to believe that this user didn't received any kind of punishment as they still interact in other communities.

So far, this user has done the following:

Used an alternate account to call me slurs

In their bio, they keep a list of people they hate and a directly pasted copy of my username that reads as "I hate [nickname, [nickname] and [my nickname] deserves to be [sexual crime]

They made a post on a subreddit with a screenshot of my profile claiming to hate me, which was quickly removed by the local moderation

Mentioned me with the u/ username function on a video with someone saying slurs

This is a very obvious case of harassment and sexual violence incitation, yet the user seems to be doing fine while the hateful content is still in there (minus item 2), all reported in the appropriate channels.

Patience is a virtue or is there something else I could do?
