Why did Jigsaw target the victims in Saw II if they were already framed/punished?

Why were the victims chosen by Jigsaw if most of them were framed by Eric and had already served their sentences? Unless I missed something, aside from Obi (who we know abducted Laura), the others had already done their time and were technically innocent until proven guilty regarding the crimes Eric pinned on them. Was Jigsaw simply targeting them because he believed they were wasting their lives after prison, regardless of whether they were actually guilty? Or is there another explanation in the movie that I overlooked?

Hellraiser inspired video games?

With Hellraiser: Revival coming out this year it has me pumped. Was wondering if there are any other games that are inspired or in the same vein as the franchise or a "Clive Barker" horror.

Suggestions for booster box to start off with?

Going through Bandai on Amazon because I can't find any locally, and the top results are:

• Dragon Ball Super TCG: Fusion World - Ultra Limit Booster Box

• Super Dragon Ball Heroes Extra Booster Box

• Ball Super TCG: 5th Anniversary Set

• Dragon Ball Super: Fusion World 03 - Raging Roar Booster Box

Any suggestions or helpful insights would be awesome. I'm new to all this.

Even for a Game Boy title, it feels like a great blend of the earlier NES entries.

You’ll notice enemies returning from Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest, and the platforming takes cues from Castlevania: The Adventure—but it’s much more fluid, especially with the rope mechanics. I also really like that you keep your whip power after taking damage, and the game introduces some genuinely unique boss fights.

Overall, it was surprisingly fun entry.
