What are some questions that tell you exactly what you need to know about someone?

Do you have questions that you ask new people that depending on how they answer, tells you everything you need to know about them?

Disclaimer: No I have never stopped talking to someone because of how they answered one question and I'm not advocating for that. But more so looking to understand what are questions folks ask new people to learn more about them/their character.

Spin Class?

With this condition do Spin classes make it worse?

I've never taken one but a new studio opened near me and I'm thinking of trying it out. I just don't want to make my pelvic floor more angry

On Hand Supplies

For any of the women who have lived or currently live alone what supplies do you keep on hand just in case?

I keep cold medicine on hand for example. It's easier to have around then having to go get it myself when I'm not feeling well.

Anal dilators

Hi All,

I bought the anal dilators from Intimate Rose ages ago and finally decided to use them.

I've had vaginismus my whole life. I used to have anal sex but that stopped being possible a while ago as well. I struggle with remaining motivated to keep up with dilators in general.

I once had a PT who explained everything is connected so I want to start working with the anal dilators first, work my way up and then transition back to the vaginal ones.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What worked/didn't work? Any suggestions/tips?

Why is everything so chaotic

Yes, I know tech moves fast but JFC. I've been at my current employer for almost a year but nothing is documented, people make decisions in a vacuum, communication is awful, and no one respects actual sprints.

Of course, things come up but every single project is a swirling mess. I try to make suggestions, help with documentation, propose ideas but nothing gets very far. Everyone is burning out and it's insane to watch.

I feel as if we slowed down and just got properly organized from the beginning, things would go so much smoother.

I am exhausted and trying to have a life outside of this job is so difficult because I can never get out of here.

I'm really only here for the salary.
