Longevity/Serviceability - what is your pick under [$3,000]

Ive been toying around with breville for the last 12 years. I have gone through countless dual boilers. some have been replaced under warranty, some have been serviced under warranty. When I say countless, I mean it...literally. I have had more machines than I cant county without hunting through breville customer service emails and/or amazon receipts.

My last one is going and Im considering upgrading to something higher end on the prosumer level. Can this sub recommend a few machines for under 3k that are considered solid machines taking into consideration performance/consistency(obviously) but also maintainability and serviceability. I want something I can keep for 15/20 years with regular maintenance

What to do with HSA Funds during early retirement.

Wife and I are considering an earlyish retirement. Both are 50 and looking at possibly calling it quits in the next 2 years.

We basically have:
5.5m in 401ks

1m in brokerage

200k in HSA

1.2m in home equity

I never gave the HSA account much thought, but now that were looking possibly being able to retire, i started reading a bit. Supposedly you cant use the funds for premiums? seems odd that you cant, but thats what I read. Do we just use that money for medical bills until it runs out or are there other options? I guess at like 65 we can use it for anything, but thats a bit of a ways out.
