2024 Mazda CX-30 Select Sport CPO $24.5k OTD. Good deal? need help!

2024 CX-30 Select Sport AWD, 22.5k miles, Mazda CPO. 1-owner lease, clean CARFAX/no accidents, serviced mostly at the same Mazda dealership. MSRP was $27,920 new. CARFAX does show “wheel(s) repaired” during CPO prep, which I’m asking about.

Dealer agreed to $24,500 OTD with no add fee. Would you consider this a good/fair deal?
This is my first time to buy a car as a foreign student. so i need some advice and help. Thank you in advance..!

It looks like the dealer may have created the report using AI.

A Mazda dealer told me yesterday that no 160 point CPO inspection report existed. Today, they suddenly emailed me one after asking the General Sales Manager.

The document looks suspicious, so I ran three AI detectors and they rated it around 98% likely fake. I know those tools are not definitive, but the timing and appearance are extremely suspicious.

I’m definitely not buying from this dealer, but I think this is completely unacceptable. Should I just let it go?

Is $24k OTD fair for this CPO CX-30?

Hi, this is my first time to buy the car. I need some advice.

2023 Mazda CX-30 Preferred, about 37k miles, 1 owner, Mazda CPO(i didnt receive the cpo inspection report yet..), and no moonroof due to the factory credit. Dealer agreed to $24,000 OTD.

Does this sound like a fair price?
