I’m a music major so I WILL be using this
I am trying to build whack a mole out of sulfur cubes and I have it all set up, but I was wanting to make a point tracking system. I tried using the sculk and a lectern set to 7 to track a mob being hit, but since sulfur cubes don’t actually have a “voice” the sound they make when hit wasn’t being tracked. Does anyone know of another way to do this? Or really any way to track points for whack a mole other than manually counting?
I know I’m probably beating a dead horse with the whole Nate topic again. So ignore this if you don’t care.
I often see people talking about still hating Nate even after the season 3 finale. I think a lot of people are missing the point of his story, or even choosing to ignore it. This show covers forgiveness a lot so it surprises me that so many big fans of this show choose not to forgive him.
His character is probably one of the realest characters in the entire show. You can clearly see especially in season 2 how all of his actions came about. While I’m not saying they are justified, they are easily explained. And everyone makes mistakes.
Nate is a flawed character with a huge lack of self respect. This is emphasized with how Rebecca’s way of gaining courage is by making herself feel bigger and stronger, and Nate’s way is by literally spitting on himself to shame himself into being commanding.
I absolutely love his character arc and it is truly something special. I would love to hear what your opinions are on his character. For those that do not forgive him, I’m curious to know the reasoning. Because for me, Ted forgiving Rebecca, Beards monologue outside Nate’s apartment, and Ted’s quote “I hope that either all of us or none of us are judged by the actions of our weakest moments, but rather by the strength we show when and if we’re ever given a second chance” really sell it for me to truly appreciate Nate’s journey towards betterment.
And if you are one that enjoys Nate’s arc like me, I would love to hear any other input you have about it. Let me know what you think!
TLDR: I love Nate’s character arc and think he was written very well. I’m curious to know why some fans don’t forgive him despite all the other forgiveness-related moments in the show.
I love all the details the props department adds
