A fewJapanese dishes I've made

Lamb curry, shio/shoyu ramen, tonkotsu ramen, cheese stuffed tonkatsu, and the first curry I ever made with hand ground spices in my molcajete.

Ive done homemade Udon as well, but I guess I didn't take pictures. I'd love to have a curry ramen shop in my city. Maybe one day.

Japanese food

Got another post you. I LOVE ramen and Japanese curry. I personally wish we had a place in town.

How do you guys feel if we had a Japanese spot that served authentic curry and ramen and stuff? None of these wine pairing or hipster ramen joints, I'm talking legit authentic Japanese food and flavors. You get Japanese food, sake, and beer.

Just gauging peoples thoughts.

Favorite local spots

What's everyone's favorites? For me:

Small world, Las Palmas, Lawler's(Clemente's sauce definitely not as good), taco addiction, tacos la michoacana, los compadres, squeeze burger, El rancho grande, wah sing, hop hings, papa joes.

I'm sure there's more but off the top of the head that's what I got.

After 3 years it finally happened

Having to grab crickets all the time you get the people asking "is this really 60? Can you make sure it's 60?" Blah blah.

The other day I had this girl come up with a pre bagged 60 ct crickets and she says "can you double check this I only counted 30". I said sure I can count them for you 😈. As you know we put the cardboard and some water gel in there so they hide and sometimes it looks like less. Well I counted the crickets and sure enough, there was like 70 in there. So I took out the excess and made sure there was exactly 60. I handed the bag back to her and said "my apologies there was about 70 in there, now there's 60 😁" ive been waiting so long for someone to complain so I could do that.
