Hi everyone

Whilst driving the car last night the red oil light came on and it’s now making a weird rattling sound, I did top up the oil once the light came on but it’s definitely not sounding healthy and am worried I’ve done some damage to the engine, I appreciate it’s impossible to completely diagnose the issue but could someone tell me perhaps what these noises relate to / what damage I could’ve done?

Car has done around 81K

Of if anyone knows / can recommend a Toyota / Japanese engine specialist in London that would be super helpful & much appreciated.
