What do these marks on the pavement mean? FTTP for my area soon?

What do these marks on the pavement mean? FTTP for my area soon?

I live in an area where only Openreach FTTC or Virgin Media DOCSIS are available. Openreach FTTC is all supplied by underground ducts. On the Openreach fibre broadband availability checker, my address is shown as 'We're planning to build in this area'.

Over the last few weeks, many marks like this have appeared on pavements in my area. All the same, but some blue, some white and some yellow. I am making an assumption that 'OR' means Openreach. Some of them are marked 'O/R' too. Openreach have been rolling out FTTP in some nearby villages, but not here yet. Are these marks indication that Openreach will be rolling out FTTP in my area soon? If so, what do the marks mean or indicate?

Air 4 Pro or GT/GT Max

I am looking to purchase my first set of AR glasses. My use case will be mainly watching tv shows/movies at home and whilst travelling (aircraft/train/hotels), with some occasional gaming use. After hours of research, I am absolutely torn on whether I should pull the trigger on a set of Air 4 Pros now, or wait to get the GT or GT Max. Looking for opinions on which I should go for, and why?

Additionally, does the GT and GT Max support HDR without the Magic Box 2? I know the box is needed for Dolby Vision but I have read conflicting reports on HDR.

Intermittent Packet Loss - Hub 5

Hi All,

I had Virgin Media broadband for many years, using the Hub 3 without issue. I left Virgin for a few months earlier this year and have since re-joined. I now have a Hub 5 on Gig1 and everything seems to be working OK, apart from the occasional packet loss, as shown by the BQM below. The packet loss is small and not that frequent, but when it does happen, it is briefly interrupting streaming/gaming/video calls/online meetings, so I would like to get it resolved.

https://preview.redd.it/bkcidq80nych1.png?width=804&format=png&auto=webp&s=72a03a28b31328668a719b61fbf98ee0619eac9f

I have pasted the information from my Hub 5 below. Please could someone take a look and advise if there are any obvious issues and what the likely solution is? I can then at least go armed with a little knowledge when speaking to VM. Additionally, in the network log I have a number of the following warnings:

  • Dynamic Range Window violation
  • RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;
  • RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;

Many Thanks

Full Self Driving - Netherlands / Belgium

I may be taking my UK registered/spec Tesla M3 over to the Netherlands and/or Belgium in the not too distant future. As far as I know, FSD is approved and available in both countries. If I subscribe to full FSD in my UK car, will FSD work whilst it is in those countries? Does anyone have any experience of this?

EDIT: Thanks all. It appears that it will not work, so I won't waste £99 for something I won't be able to use. Hopefully Tesla change this in the near future, or supervised FSD is made available in the UK.

Unlimited Full Works vs Unlimited Full Works for iPhone

Is the only difference between these two plans the available options for the premium inclusive extra? Will I still be able to connect my cellular Apple Watch to the EE network with the Unlimited Full Works (non-iPhone version)? AI suggested that I may not be able to.
