Looking at DPS, there's Dare Devil, Black Cat, Elsa, Pheonix, and soon to be Cyclops.
Meanwhile, Vanguards? Emma nerfed to the ground. Tankpool nerfed the ground. And it looks like Dino might be nerfed to the ground.
I liked Devil Dino initially, I think I still do. But I can't put my finger on why this class is in a weird spot. I mentioned it before, but I know it's too early to tell
Firstly, this game isn't meant to solo Tank. So I wish fellow Vanguards stop mentioning that in regards to DD. I do not want the game to start going the solo tank route.
I do agree with some of the Pros, there's no skill expression. DD feels too easy while being powerful
DD seems to easily counter every tank besides maybe Thor and Emma. This is even without knowing the proper tech. With percentage based damage, this can be overwhelming. No, Thing cannot counter DD because of sustain.
A lot of players are claiming brawl is the new Meta? I fail to see how when DD forces poke
Lastly, Mirror matches suck bad. I feel like it's a big waste of time even trying to beat my matchup.
I appreciate netease for trying something different, and I understand adding lesser known heroes, but I almost wish we could get a do-over with a different Vanguard.
This is what I have in my cards. BW needs to be made more accessible. She is currently too hard for most of the player base giving her kit requires 60% accuracy and 25% crit.
Remove the sniper completely or make it a semi auto DMR. Add her Widow bites. Add more damage to baton with a combo animation. Give her unlimited sprint.
Her being just a sniper is holding the character back big time

I just want a good Vanguard. I never cared for Rogue and Tankpool is OK. They never really felt like Tanks to me. Both could have just been DPS TBH.
I like the looks of the new Charger and the interior is nice, but something doesn't sit right with me paying $65k+ for a 15 year old engine.
