Long shoots/stems growing out of my succulent

There's these long things growing out of my succulent, they sometimes have flowers but usually they just dry out. Am I supposed to cut them? Is it flowering or is it a sign of not enough sunlight? There's a few leaves drying out as well so I'm not sure what's happening here.

[Routine Help] Retinol vs Tretinoin

I'm not sure what kind of skin I have, I'd say combination. I've got a lot of blackheads, bumps EVERYWHERE on my skin, it's very textured and wrinkles around my eyes (though I'm only 19), a LOT of hyperpigmentation, dark circles and eye bags.

I've heard about retinol and tretinoin, that retinol is a softer more beginner friendly version of tret, what product should I be using? The only skincare I use right now are a Loreal hyaluronic toner, medicated moisturiser, salicylic serum, beauty of joseons retinol eye serum and haru haru black rice sunscreen. If I should be using retinol or tret, what products should I use?

Spiderman tshirts

Please tell me where I can find those full sleeve spiderman tshirts that look like the spiderman suit and fit really well. I see them on pinterest but when I search for them all I see are kids outfits or inappropriate ones.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm always feeling my traps in a lot of exercises. Lateral raises, TRICEP DIPS? I've tried doing my lat raises normally, leaned forward, pushing sideways (keeping my arms in 180°), pushing forward, at 45°. But i always feel my traps, what am i doing wrong?
