I have been able to withdraw my daily earnings without any problems before. But since my last working day I am unable to withdraw.

On pressing withdraw/ transfer button, I get message as money transferred but very soon the money is getting credited back to wallet saying issue with bank. I changed UPI account but same problem.

My UPI number is active and I'm able to recv money from other sources. I'm using it daily.

Idk why rapido is having difficult in transferring money.

How to solve this problem?

i straightaway reject all parcel orders. what irritates me is some users, book a bike ride, and when i reach their pickup location, they hand over some baggage. i instantly reject those and cancel the order. when they have to send parcel, why dont they use the parcel option? why do they book a normal ride?

my reasons for rejecting parcel orders are:

1. responsibility of the baggage

2. dont know where it has to be dropped. if i have to park my bike, climb some floors, wait for the customer, then ask for money... its too much time consuming for me.

and few more reasons i have not listed...

so how has your experience been with parcel deliveries?

I am working as an HoD in a new medical college since 1 year. I got this opportunity of HOD post unexpectedly so I thought why should I let it go and I'm in early 40s. Often people get his post on late 50s.

So everything was going well for more than 6 months, then the department has severe deficiency of faculty, NMC inspection was expected and there was lot of work load due to handful of faculty. College management asked me to find some assistant professors. I searched thru all my circles and finally found one interested candidate. Let call him Suresh. He is almost of my age but starting his academic career now. Before this he has worked in a different industry so this is the 1st time he is seeing how a medical college works.

Hez a friendly sincere person, I don't have any complaints against him. , but there's 1 issue which is bothering me. Here's how it all started. Withing few days of his joining, principal of our college started calling him to his office for some work or other, gradually principal gave him lots of responsibilities. Due to these responsibilities, he is forced to spend more time in principal's office rather than department. Few times he has to cancel his own class coz of admin work given by door principal.

Yesterday there was some NMC meeting where dean wanted to interact with all HODs. And I was nit even informed about it. I came to know about this after the meeting. When I asked the Dean's PA (who is a foolish half brain woman), as to why I was not informed about all HODs meeting? She said: "Sir i informed Suresh sir and he attended". How am I supposed to react?

Going in flashback, for many such issues when any faculty from other department or even allied college has any work with my department... People have always approached Suresh 1st...for which always he has directed everyone to me all he himself came to me and asked that somebody contacted him and they have this work. I don't understand why everyone in this college considers Suresh as HOD or atleast 1st contact for all communication. I don't say that he doesn't work. He works responsibly but he has zero experience in academics. He can't be the in charge at his stage.

So I don't understand what I should do in this scenario:

1. Should be angry that I'm just being sidelined for everything and being used as a rubber stamp?

Or

2. Should I feel content that someone is taking care of everything including meeting multiple people, running helter skelter for thankless jobs given by college... While I get to sit in my cabin and do my personal work?

I'm totally confused... Whichever way I react will have great repurcussions on my career in future.

I have this doubt but I'm also confident that TVK has full support from BJP, else it's not possible for any newcomer to party to win near majority seats.

BJP has done this in Andhra - Pawan Kalyan is now a bjp ally and before Pawan Kalyan Jagan was released from jail, given his own independent party to fight against Congress... Coz BJP knows very well that they can't win in Andhra... so create proxy parties
