Anyone else's Student Unsubsidized Federal Loan still not showing as "accepted"?

Question in title. Other aid has been applied in the bursar account, but this one is still showing the amount offered, but $0.00 accepted, even though our student logged in and accepted it approx. two weeks ago.

I know that the federal government changed the rules this year and that this has delayed some things, just wondering the status of other students' federal loans in the portal.

Practical way to find an apartment or condo for 30-60 days? (in BGC)

Can anyone here recommend the most practical and cost-effective ways to find short-term rentals in the 30-60 day range?

In the past Ive found units though Airbnb, Agoda, and booking dot com for stays of up to a couple of weeks, and I do see that they have listings for longer stays, but not really at much of a discount vs. shorter stays.

I'm hoping to get a better rate in light of a longer stay. I've checked rentpad but there aren't many listings and the rates there don't seem any better.

Is there a better way to go about finding a furnished apartment or condo in the 30-60 day range?

Gym recommendation with day pass or month-to-month?

Can anyone recommend a gym that offers either a day pass rate, or a month-to-month membership? I prefer a large gym with multiple treadmills and basic functional workout equipment like kettle balls, a weight sled and basic machines.

Prefer upscale with wall TVs if possible, but most important is short-term pricing options.

I'm near Forbes Town but anything on the west side works fine.

How many of you use the LRT/MRT to get around Manila?

Wondering how common it is for expats and frequent foreign visitors to use the rail system in Manila.

I've used it only three times last year, and don't recall ever seeing another obvious foreigner, but that was only a few times.

It did seem easy to use, same as most other cities with light rail, except the signage wasn't as clear so I had to ask for help to figure out things like which side of the station served the direction I wanted to go.

Do you use it? Do you see other foreigners using it? What is your opinion of the rail system?

Since retiring, I spend a lot more time than I should in front of a computer, and have developed intermittent back pain from sitting, and more recently a very painful bout of bursitis in one hip.

I'm trying to stay active and exercise more, but also want to ask you fellow oldsters, have you found any particular gaming chair or computer chair that accommodates an aging body?

I'm willing to spend on a good one.

Was out driving today and saw a yard sale with cookware, stopped on a whim and asked if they had any cast iron. Picked this up for $15. New in box, never opened or used. Not vintage or rare, or even very special, but I needed something this exact size for roasting and possibly stovetop use.

The seller said they'd had it for maybe 4 years.

So now I'm adding a thin layer of seasoning over the rough factory seasoning. First cook I think will be roasted chicken thighs with diced potatoes and onions. And yes I know it's a pie pan. But....with handles!
