Settings help

Hello guys I have a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
with an NVIDIA 5070 and 32gb ram. I’m playing on Moosey Rust US Small right now and when I’m running through the jungle I’m getting 120-160 fps… I have my RAM speeds to 6000. Can anyone please help me get more FPS and link me a settings video specific to my specs or give me settings? I feel like I should be getting much more FPS.

Need help with terrible sleep habits

Hello everyone, I am writing this because I have had pretty bad sleeping habits for years now. Most nights I am not falling asleep until 5-8AM, and waking up multiple times for a total of 5-7 hours of sleep. A lot of days I’ll end up taking a nap, and sometimes this nap can prolong for 3+ hours. I am now reaching an age where this sleeping pattern is effecting me drastically, and I’d really love some suggestions on how to improve it.

I have tried melatonin, I have tried benedryl, and some other sleep aids. I always have to have background noise on while trying to fall asleep because my mind races at night and tends to overthink. I apologize if this isn’t written very well, I of course am on no sleep at the moment! Any suggestions or tips are GREATLY appreciated.

(Many people have suggested having all electronics outside of my room. Sadly I believe my mind racing is too big of a problem for that, I need the noise of a podcast or show in my ears to get even remotely close to being able to sleep. I have phone case that can cover the screen and I do cover it once I put the show or podcast on to block out the light.)

EDIT: People on other subs have suggested leaving my phone out of my room. Sadly I believe with how much I overthink while I try to sleep this will not be possible. I need a show or a podcast in my ears to get remotely close to falling asleep, but I do have a cover on the screen that blocks the light once my podcast is playing.
