Hello, I just took my first dose of Lexapro (5 mg). A big part of my anxiety is digestive system related, if I have anything crampy or approaching diarrhea I really spiral. I almost just want to take a daily low dose of Imodium to go along with the Lexapro to prevent problems… idk. Anyone here who got diarrhea right away when you started?
Does anything you know of work for both anxiety and calming your bowels down? Something that would slow motility and ever so slightly constipate? I’ve done elimination diet, Low FODMAP, etc., already. A major component of my anxiety is bowel related and if I could just have a calm brain and calm guts my life would be 100% better. I see so many meds have diarrhea as a side effect and that is something I am absolutely unwilling to experiment with.

I put my 2010 V50 up on ramps to see if I could DIY an intermittent AC problem. But then I see all this flaky, rusty, corrosion. I don’t really know what I’m looking at or what this part of the car is called. It’s underneath the car on the front end. The bolts you see are the splash pan (that I was going to remove but am now very disheartened and don’t want to bother).
What is the part with all the rust? Is it the frame, or does it have a specific name? Is my car completely cooked?
We got this used and it did have somewhat of a suspicious and murky history. We are fairly certain it had undisclosed front end damage and I think I’m looking at the results now.
