Taking a train tomorrow to NYP with the family. I have three upgrade coupons to get into first class on Acela. The app wasn't allowing me to use them (within the 12 hour window) so I was texting with an Amtrak rep but she said I couldn't use three coupons "per policy". I got a rep on the phone who assisted but said I had to call Guest Rewards in the morning because the system wasn't allowing her to apply the coupons. Not a policy issue, just a technical glitch.

Since my train departure is near when the guest rewards open, can the station agent assist or do I just present the coupons to the conductor?

I thought this would be easy on the app but it wasn't.

Traded a bunch of cards. Good communication and quick shipment. Thanks!

He bought a card from me. Good communication and quick payment.

Big trade of a lot of quality cards. Well packaged and received quickly. Hope to trade with him again.

I feel like they move this up more and more every year.
