to those people who live in un walkable areas how do you get your steps in?

i spend my vacation at the province and the problem that i noticed is ang hirap maging consistent in hitting my daily steps. for one, sobrang init ng panahon and hindi walkable ang streets dito. and i can’t go for a run during the night kasi im a minor and babae ako tsaka wala akong makasama consistently everyday. another is sobrang judgmental ng mga tao dito ang dami ahad ng comments makita ka lang na nagjjogging or trying to workout.

during school days naman i spend my time sa city. my problem is im a student and hindi ko maisabay yung paghit ng daily steps ko sa dami ng school works. hindi flexible and andaming sagabal sa schedule. i can also jog at night only pero unsafe and un walkable rin sa city.

is 1200 cals enough for me?

i’ve been trying to cut for a two months now and i haven’t noticed any difference in my weight. for reference im f16 5’3 and 54-53kg i’ve been eating 1,600 cals for the first few weeks and i don’t notice any difference so i lessen it to 1,400 cals. i’m training 3-5 times a week and try to hit 10k steps but not consistently. should i make my deficit 1,200?

lf kapwa student to talk to

i’m currently in g12 and i’m overwhelmed thinking abt college and the future. i’ve been thinking about this for days and ayoko namang ibring up sa friends ko or anyone ik kasi it’s kinda hard to admit na i’m burned out from everything esp academically. i just need someone my age who relates to this and talk to them anonymously to kinda distract myself and take this feeling off my chest.

nawawalan nako ng pag asa

the more i think about it the more that i realize na ang baba ng chance na makapasa ako sa UP. kasi others have revcenters, naturally smart, o kaya madami ng nasimulan while im still not knowing where to start. although im still hoping to pass im already setting my mind sa mga possible things that can happen. i don’t want to keep pressuring myself sa mga bagay na hindi na abot ng kakayahan ko. anyway should I still continue reviewing even though the chances are slim? is UP really that worth it?

i just started working out consistently for around 3 weeks now. i’m f17 and 53kg and my gw is 50kg. my waist is around 28-30 inches and i want it to be 24-26. i want to try the body recomp stuff and ik diet is a big part of it. but back then i struggled with some eating issues. ive tried every thing. counting calories, eating a balanced meal, intermittent fasting, 80:20 ratio in food but i always find myself not being consistent and ending up in a restrict and binge cycle. what should I do to fix my diet?
