Mixed signals or justified reaction?

Right. So. I like this guy. I'm really into him. We've known eachother for abt a month.

So he started giving me major hints and signs he's into me. And I also gave him a pretty big hints back because well. Im into him too.

Anyways after that, he invited me to hang out with his friends in a restaurant later on. Wasn't much said except for tht.

And problem is. I kinda got my period so was in no mood to go after tht.

And i called him to let him know I'm dipping and just said I had a headache and as far as ik I was pretty chill abt it. And I even said we shd totally hang out next week n everything.

So apparently him and his friends were already there. And honestly I felt kind of hurt because wtf. He invited me then doesnt text or catch up or fuckin wait??

But i was like alr cool. And just let him know I'm not coming. He was like alrr on call. But then like 2 mins later, he responded to my message sent 5 mins ago very dryly.

Idk like. From my pov, he invited me, didn't bother to text/call/wait and just fucking went. And then gave me the driest reply ever. And im pissed. Because isn't it basically courtesy let it he for anyone, let alone a girl you like to like keep with them them once u make plans?!?! Ugh. Like call/text/inform/wait anything????

But maybe from his pov, his friends just dragged him and maybe even when he was there he was waiting for me to come and not fully in the convo and I DID cancel last moment, although it was for a valid reason. And maybe he felt hurt and hence gave me a dry reply?....

Idk

Idk if I'm wrong or he's wrong or we both are wrong. And now we're not really talking and there's tension bw us. Shd I just go up to him and bring up the topic?

Will tht be too weird and desperate??

Idk. PLZ HELP. I just need a 3rd person pov here.

F grade and what to do after

So I got an F grade in SEE for my caed in 2nd sem. It took place on 21st July so barely a week has passed.

I can directly appear for the makeup/re exam since I have eligibility for SEE.

But what exactly will be the dates?

I thought it'll be conducted during the next SEE for 1st years so around Jan/Feb 2027.

But they've sent an email saying the registration process will be done during the summer semester itself.

Will the test also be conducted within August/September?

Moreover what exactly happens to my sgpa?

After I write the make up exam, will my sgpa of 2nd sem before remain the same and I'll just have added the credits of caed n cleared the subject or will they actually factor in the credit points n change my sgpa of 2nd sem based on my performance in caed?

Plz help me out seniors 😭😭😭🙏

Autism or asshole behavior?

So my brother is autistic.

All in all he's a chill dude.

He's kind and has good views.

But its just some things. That really hurt not just me, but other people too.

Like for example, birthdays.

I always try to give him the grandest, most hugest fun birthday ever.

And I do.

But for mine?

He doesnt really do shit.

During the previous years, he used to gimme cards n stuff or even give me a half eaten chocolate. Which I was happy about.

This year. He wished me. Once. And that's about it.

I asked him if he wanted to play badminton/hangout for a while. Nothing.

Basically he mostly ignored me and was on his phone.

And see Like... he doesnt hate me or anything. We're chill with each other and also have fights and ignore eachother Like normal siblings. Ig I was kinda weirded out because it was on my birthday.

And its not just this.

Like if a person is crying, visible traumatised/depressed, etc he just. Walks away.

And I've had many conversations about this with him and he told me that he doesnt know what to do in those situations and he's scared. And I made it clear tht just even being there and sitting next to the person is more than enough and is better than nothing. And I literally coached him thru it and explained.

And basically. He never does.

I'm not trying to ask him to change his quirks/behaviors or anything or who he is. But just the way he responds to people when they're vulnerable. And I've had more than a dozen talks with him about this, explained it, and even yelled at him once because I was done showing and explaining. Still. Nothing.

So. My question is. Is this because he's autistic or is he just.... well. Uncaring and unbothered?

Responses especially from other autistic people are highly appreciated!!
