I built a WhatsApp Voice AI Agent that's able to book appointments and take payments in real-time

I built a WhatsApp Voice AI Agent that's able to book an appointment and take payments for a customer. The use case I covered is for a user wanting to book a dentist appointment. Here is an overview of the flow;

  • The user calls the business on WhatsApp.
  • The Voice AI Agent answers the call and has a normal conversation with the user & understands the user's needs.
  • The agent sends a payment link to the user on Whatsapp. The agent waits until user completes the payment.
  • The agent sends a payment receipt to the user to confirm the payment made.

Benefits for customers

  • Making the inbound call is completely FREE.
  • Great customer experience and a convenient way of interacting with the business.
  • The process is fast. When the user calls, he/she is able to get an immediate answer. No back and forth chatting.

Benefits for businesses

  • You have a Voice AI Agent that answers your WhastApp calls 24/7. No missed leads
  • The Voice AI Agent can speak in 50+ different languages.
  • Everything interaction happens on WhatsApp. Same context, persistent, single-threaded conversations.
  • Trustworthy. A blue checkmark next to a business name signals that customers are communicating with an official, authenticated business account.

This is massive for several use cases on WhatsApp.

Have a look at the video demo and let me know what you think.

UoPeople is not approving me to transfer credits from Coursera

I have completed the IBM Full Stack Software Developer Professional Certification on Coursera which has 18 ACE Credits. I have made a request to transfer those credits to UoPeople.

I previously transferred the Google Data Analytics certificate from Coursera to UoPeople. But this time, UoPeople is not approving this IBM Full Stack Software Developer Certificate and I don't understand why. I have downloaded the credly certificate and provided it in UoPeople.

I have emailed my PA and waiting to hear back from him.

Have you recently experienced this.

I built a Voice AI system that instantly calls your leads after they fill your ad form. Only serious leads go into your CRM. Curious of what you think

I'm a marketer working with a Real Estate client to do their lead generation.

Problem

We have been frustrated by the low quality leads from Facebook Lead Ads.

This is the approach we initially used to run lead ads.

  1. We run Facebook Lead Ads.
  2. User opens & fills the ad form.
  3. Leads get saved into a Google Sheet. We are saving basic info like name, email, phone number, etc.

Then the Real Estate rep calls these users and qualifies them.

On a good day, leads were called after 13 hours of them filling the form. But most times, the rep has been calling leads 48-72 hours after they filled the form.

Some leads wouldn't pick up the calls.

For those who had answered the calls, some would ask "How did you get my number?" "Who are you?." The rep had to spend several minutes to explain and remind them that they filled a form on Facebook and that's how we got their phone number.

The majority of leads would say the following.

  • "I don't remember filling a form"
  • "Sorry, I filled the form by mistake"
  • "Sorry, I'm no longer interested."
  • "I got another alternative."

The client was frustrated & complaining that my targeting isn't good. We are not reaching interested leads and that Facebook Lead Ads don't work.

It was clear we were losing a lot of leads and for the most time we were calling people who don't remember filling a form or have lost interest in the product.

It was frustrating for the rep to go through an entire Google Sheet of people and finding that the majority are poor leads.

Solution
I knew I had to streamline the system and find a way to qualify leads instantly the moment they entered the pipeline.

So I created a Voice AI system that's able to;

  • Call the leads in less than 60 seconds as soon as they fill the ad form.
  • Qualify the leads by asking some basic questions.
  • Book appointments on the calendar.
  • Updates the Google Sheet with rich info like call summary, lead intent, call recording, etc.

The Voice AI Agent was able to qualify leads in real-time, filter out spammy numbers and fake leads, books appointments on the calendar, and highlight legit leads on the Google sheet. It then analyzes the call, categorizes the lead and instantly updates the Google Sheet.

After the Voice AI makes the call, the lead is tagged to know whether this lead is of high, medium, low intent.

Results

After creating this system, we were able to qualify leads much efficiently without the headache.

  • Leads are called instantly in 60 seconds or less
  • No more leads saying "I never filled a form" because they're called instantly after they fill the form.
  • Fake and spammy leads filtered out.
  • Leads get qualified and get

Now, the rep opens a Google Sheet that has rich data with more insights. By just glancing, the rep is able to know which leads are high valuable leads and those are the ones that are prioritized. The rep would read the call summary and listen to the recording before calling the user. This provided the rep sufficient context of what this user wants.

This enabled the rep focused on serious leads who are ready to act now.

Customers (leads) also highly appreciated that we called them instantly the moment they filled the form. They didn't notice that it was an AI talking to them.

This MASSIVELY improved the results and hugely increased conversion rates for the client.

What do you think about use of AI in lead qualification? How are you using AI in lead generation?

  • The Voice AI Agent joins the call, answers my questions and takes action on my behalf.

Voice AI on WhatsApp is going to be massive 💯 and can work for a wide range of use cases.

I built a Whatsapp Voice AI Assistant that can keep me updated on the latest WC news.

I have had difficulties watching World Cup (WC) matches because most of the games have been happening super late for me (2-6 am my time).

So, I built a Whatsapp Voice AI Assistant that can help me stay updated with the latest football news about the WC.

  • I simply call the Whatsapp number. No app to download
  • The Voice Assistant joins the call, answers my questions and does the necessary research.

This has been a life savior 💯.

What do you guys think of it? Can this be helpful?

I'm looking for ideas on how I can possibly monetize this. Any advice is highly appreciated.

I built a Voice AI Agent that instantly calls your leads from Paid Ads. Only serious leads go into your CRM.

I built a AI voice agent that handles lead qualification and ensures your reps are looking at serious leads. This one is for a Real Estate use case.

Here’s how it works

Whenever a lead fills out a form from a paid ad, the AI voice agent immediately gives them a call, in 60 seconds. The agent qualifies the lead, books an appointment, updates your CRM.

Instead of waiting for a sales rep to chase them down, the agent has a natural, human-like conversation to figure out:

  • Where they’re currently located
  • When they want to view the house.
  • Whether they’re buying or renting
  • Their timeline and budget
  • Any special needs (pets, school zones, etc.)

Results

  • Leads are called instantly in 60 seconds or less
  • No more leads saying "I never filled a form".
  • Fake and spammy leads filtered out.
  • Leads get qualified
  • Your team only focuses on the serious leads who are ready to act now.

Is there anyone doing lead qualification using Voice AI? Have you tried it? Share your learnings.

I’m looking for a few business owners to test it out. Please share any advice on the best way to get clients?

I built a Voice AI system that instantly calls your leads after they fill your lead ad form. Only serious leads go into your CRM

I'm a fellow marketer who is frustrated by the low quality leads from Facebook Lead Ads.

In my findings I have noticed that business owners follow this traditional approach to running ads;

  1. Business owner (Marketer) runs Facebook Lead Ads.
  2. User (Lead) clicks.
  3. They fill your ad form.

Then what?

Most businesses just… sit there. Waiting. Hoping someone from your team will call manually.

Meanwhile, your hot high-intent lead turns cold. They have reached to three other competitors. And you still haven’t called them.

Solution
I have created a Voice AI system that's able to;

  • Call your leads in less than 60 seconds as soon as they fill your form.
  • Qualify your leads.
  • Book appointments on your calendars
  • Update your CRM

The Voice AI Agent qualifies the lead in real-time, filters out spammy numbers and fake leads, books appointments on your calendar, and sends you the legit leads. It then analyzes the call, categorizes the lead and instantly updates your CRM.

Results

  • No more leads saying "I never filled a form"
  • Fake and spammy leads filtered out.

How do you think this will help your Facebook Lead Ads.

No more using violence means if you want to rule this country

The opposition still have a 1991 political mindset. Recently they attempted to use militia to destabilize the city and wanted to create chaos in a Mogadishu that has been very peaceful for the past 3 years.

  1. The opposition SHOULD NOT have access to arms/weapons. We are past the 1991 political mentality of using force.
  2. If the opposition want to rule the country, let them create an organized political party and prepare for 1 person 1 vote elections. No more indirect elections.

The current government did a great job of disarming the opposition and let them know that Somalia has made significant progress and we are not going back.

The opposition should stop complaining and whining. They should rather campaign, sell their political ideas to the public and publicize the vision they have for this country.

I'm 25M currently living in Uganda. My whole adult life I have pursued and tried everything to try to relocate to the West (specially the US) for the obvious reasons of wanting to make more money, have a better career opportunities, passport, etc. There were 2 times I was on the path of relocating to the US, but Allah hasn't yet made that possible and Allah has the knowledge as to why he didn't give me that. Allah is the best of all planners.

But now, I'm seeing mass layoffs happening through out the west, people losing jobs for no reason. When I now open YouTube, I see actual (cadaan) Americans becoming desperate, exhausted, depressed, not having income, crashing out, at their lowest point. Some Americans are even questioning why they were born or even existed and many wanting to die because of not making ends meet, becoming homeless.

I'm questioning the same aspirations I once and still have of relocating to the West. Is it really worth it now? We see the hatred coming from these people and how much they hate us Somalis. Does relocating to the West financially make sense now?

I'm seeing many Muslims making hijrah back to Islamic countries to leave the fitnah of the West. Muslims have always known the fitnah of the west, but have still relocated to it for the money. But with the way how the economy is in the West & the mass surprising layoffs people are facing, is it really worth wanting to relocate to the West? The West is no longer glamorous anymore

A little bit about myself, I'm in tech and currently doing remote work and Alhamdulilah thanks to Allah, I'm getting something. I'm looking for advice;

  1. How can I best position myself (strategically) for long term success?
  2. Should I just stay in East Africa or even go back home? And pursue remote work.
  3. Should I still chase relocating to the West?

Hi all, I'm 25M who is deaf in his right ear. I'm currently in Uganda where CI surgeries are mostly not done as they don't have the equipment and no experts/doctors in this field.

I found out about my right ear issue when I was 14 years (in 2013). We went to some ENT doctors and they couldn't help and all they told us was that I will have to live with my deaf right ear and that I should protect my left ear. I did research and found out there is something called a Cochlear Implant surgery for people like me and that gave me hope.

I have lived with my left ear and I'm always protecting it. The past few years, I have noticed some pain in my left ear and I'm scared of losing it as well.

Once when I was on a trip to Daresalaam Tanzania, I saw someone with a CI (I was super happy for him). I asked him where he got his surgery, he said he has done it from South Africa and costed him about $90,000. CRAZY number.

In Uganda, there is one clinic that possibly do CI surgeries and it costs about $80K-$100K. I'm a refugee in this country as well and I just can't afford it. I don't know what to do about my situation.

I'm curious to know if there are any International organizations that provide sponsorships or grants for people in such situations. If you know any organization/hospital/doctor who can help, please let me know.

Any advice is highly appreciated.
