what we think is a little is starting to form, and we're feeling blurry

so today one of us had an emotional breakdown (I think?) and the host had to comfort it, but after it calmed down, the host seemed to split off a fragment

now we need some advice on how to feel less blurry and help the new one fully form, thank you in advance! -Mind
