Is the website down in some way right now?
Every time I try to look at any recipe I get this page. 💔💔💔 Is it just me?

Reaalllyy really funny to me. I don’t mind to be clear, also they don’t have any control over what it says because that’s just what that code is named in the computer and they had to put something there. I just like the idea of being prescribed oxy for transsexualism itself.
Driving over to stay at a friend’s house much closer to the hospital tonight, then arriving at 5:50 am for surgery the next morning!!!! It’s an hour drive, I’m going to have to wake up so early, but it’ll be worth it. I’m sooo excited and I’m also still sooo scared (but much less than before.) I want to say thank you all so so much for your support and knowledge when I asked about GA. There were too many comments to answer but I really appreciated and read every one. I also talked to my mom who’s had it before too which really helped a lot. She also said an old gf of hers had s breast reduction and no one could smoke around her which I guess is a major inconvenience in the 90s. I’ll probably talk to my other mom about her surgeries tonight. She has had a bunch of tendon surgeries but also had I think everything out? but maybe just oophorectomy because she had a giant ovarian cyst when she was around my age (hmm I wonder why I was so incredibly hairy and “masculine” as a teenager to the point where, obviously I would be a man anyway, but feel that I didn’t completely have a choice in the matter and kind of feel my experiences align more with “cis with medical condition” since I would’ve had to “transition” in some way no matter what and this is what my body was already doing for me [though also I know that plenty of people without these kinds of conditions think of themselves this way too and by no means am trying to invalidate that.] No way of knowing…. Sort of a tangent sorry.) So anyway it’s really helped to talk to people even though I’m still really scared. GA still scares me and it’s scary to be permanently altered even though I knew someone who had to have a mastectomy for breast cancer when I was like 12 and passively thought “I hope I get breast cancer”… That’s so terrible, what was my problem. That to say I’ve wanted it for a long, long time. I’m trying to do anxiety reappraisal stuff on myself though. Again thank you all so much, I’ll let you know how it goes!
When I’ve posted here before people seemed like idk they thought I was wasting their time because they thought I was mtf with a beard lol. But I’ve cut my hair since then (a few months ago) and I’m wondering if masculine woman returns any dividends on passing man…
Hopefully this doesn’t count as a simple question? Sorry if it does…
I’m getting ts soon (yay!) and after I’m adequately healed I’d like to start working out proper. One of the reasons I haven’t gone to the gym since high school (aside from the obvious one) is that I find it difficult to get enough to eat these days. Not an ED thing or anything, I just don’t really feel hunger cues very strongly and am often overwhelmed by the idea of choosing what to eat and making it, and when you don’t really get hungry it’s easy to go eh I’ll do it later. I’m not underweight and I think most days I actually am getting my maintenance. It’s just that I know that if I’m going to actually build muscle I need to be eating more than I am right now, and the difference feels genuinely insurmountable. Like I don’t even know where to begin. I guess what I’m asking is what do you actually eat on the day-to-day? I’m not even really asking for like what are the best foods to be eating as much as like what do you eat in general to get enough calories. I hope that all makes sense. :)
I posted here a bit ago about asking my endo for oral minoxidil because I want to be crazy hairy, and it turns out they don’t feel comfortable prescribing it there which is annoying but like I get it whatever there are risks.
BUT! I found out that you can just get a prescription. I’m sure everyone knows there are online services that provide it that are basically pill mills, but they’re kind of expensive. What I found out is that you can use Ro to get a prescription and then have them send it to regular pharmacy. The prescription is free and you only have to pay the actual price of the medication, which with coupons is pretty cheap if you pick the right pharmacy (cheapest pharmacy here is $21 for 90 days as opposed to $90 for 90 days with Ro.)
I know some people might be against this, but if you are not actually balding you will have to lie, and you need to put your gender as male but it says gender not sex so that’s not lying. But since it’s not going through your insurance and you don’t have to show an ID or photo, they have no way of finding any of this out. I also doubt they care. I got an email saying I was approved for a prescription maybe minutes after I submitted the survey, I think it might be automated in some way lol.
Anyway, I wish I had known this sooner so I wanted to share!
Hi everyone! I have surgery in 4 days and I’m very excited to have had top surgery, but surgery itself and general anesthesia have been two of my biggest fears my whole life. I think part of what scares me so much is even though I have heard what anesthesia is like (not like falling asleep, feels like no time has passed, etc.,) I feel like I still don’t know what to expect. I’m not afraid of saying anything or something like that, I’m scared of the actual experience. Anything you could share would really help me out, thank you!
I’m not really worried about her saying no, it’s PP they’re really fantastic and she’ll give me anything I ask for pretty much, I’m just unsure as to how to bring it up.
I’m curious how others chest hair grew back after surgery because most of my chest hair is around my nipples and I think I won’t have most of that part of my chest anymore. It doesn’t bother me or anything I’m just wondering. :)
Hi! Up until recently I had long hair and dressed a bit more fashionably/femininely than I am in these pictures (though it’s just that those are my winter clothes) and I passed 100% of the time BUT I feel like cutting my hair made me look more trans. A stranger recently did a pronoun fumble on me. She got it right in the end, but that doesn’t usually happen to me. Is there anything I could be doing differently? I plan to get a real haircut once the buzz grows out more. My issue is that my hair is so thick and course if it’s under like 3 inches it sticks completely up, and I’ve never had a barber listen to me when I tell them they need to thin it. 💔
I’m fairly soft spoken, it’s difficult for me to speak loudly and I’ve been on T for two years so I don’t think it’s because of that, so the first pass is my most comfortable speaking voice (or the closest approximation, it’s so hard to speak naturally when reading) and the second is my louder voice.
