I’ve been waiting 5 days for help but no response anyone else…

I’ve recently gotten back into league after like 3 months (from my last game till now) and all of a sudden I’ve been perma banned and not gotten any reason as to why , this isn’t one of them posts where Ive been hacking or flaming and pretending like I wasn’t , I’m actually confused as to the reasoning why they banned me

I can also send all my previous suspensions which are mainly queue dodges which were all last year
