Is it normal for performance mode running 120fps on Series X to look blurry and awful?

For Alienware AW2726DM is it better to just let it be after turning off Xbox and it will auto standby, or should I press the power button on the back of the monitor? I’m not sure if it still refreshes when completely off

Is there still something wrong with the outer deadzone? It seems like the app reads 100% stick movement before reaching the physical edge and this is on raw mode. Is circular or raw mode better for this controller?

Is there any way to get the G7SE sticks really close to xbox sticks feel? I changed it to raw mode and have linear on but not sure what else is missing. The only other way I know is switching the spring out for higher tension but it seems like the sticks just respond much differently. It’s really hard to aim in some games and when I switch back to an xbox controller it’s like night and day
