First of all, we’d like to apologize. Today, I wasn’t available because of an important exam (which has now concluded), and during that time something unexpected happened.

A fan-war related hate post was published on r/DhurandharVerse. Shortly afterwards, someone took a screenshot of that post, cropped it to fit a particular narrative, and shared it on r/BollywoodCircleJerk.
One of our members informed us through Modmail, and after reviewing the situation, we suspect that the account which shared the screenshot on r/BollywoodCircleJerk may also be the same person (using an alternate account) who originally made the post on r/DhurandharVerse. We cannot confirm this at the moment, so we will not make any accusations until there is concrete evidence.

As many of you know, r/DhurandharVerse was created to be a friendly, respectful, and non-toxic community. Posts made solely to provoke fan wars, create unnecessary drama, or misrepresent our community have no place here.

If you’re wondering about the trolling or brigading attempts from r/BollywoodCircleJerk and even the old r/Dhurandhar subreddit, yes we deal with such incidents regularly. Most are caught and removed, but today one unfortunately slipped through while the moderation team was unavailable.

If you notice any irrelevant, hateful, or suspicious post, please:

We are always open to your messages, and your reports help us respond much faster.

I’ve also attached screenshots of what happened so everyone has complete clarity about the incident and can see whether AutoModerator handled the situation as intended.

Just two days ago, this all started with a single comment.

Then came a post.

So did the brand-new sub.

And today, we have 683 members who believed in the idea of a genuine Dhurandhar community.

We saw the excitement of real fans. We also saw the growing frustration, people were tired of illogical posts, unnecessary political debates, and content that had little to do with Dhurandhar itself. That is why we took the initiative to create r/DhurandharVerse: a place where people can simply enjoy discussing Dhurandhar without constant distractions.

This morning, our promotional posts and the posts where we invited people to join r/DhurandharVerse were removed from the original subreddit. We respect that every subreddit has its own moderation policies, even though we're naturally disappointed to see those posts taken down. Rather than dwell on it, we'll continue focusing on building this community.

The fact that you chose to join us means a lot. You placed your trust in us, and we don't take that lightly.

We may still be a small subreddit, but every community starts somewhere. Slowly but surely, we'll grow together. Expect fun community events, custom flairs, discussions, memes, theories, fan art, edits, and much more in the future.

Curious, I checked the source — and surprisingly, it linked directly to Cello World’s official website with statements from 2025 confirming the branding direction.
Now here’s the interesting part many people missed: while everyone thought Cello disappeared from stationery dominance, they actually re-entered aggressively around 2019 through a name almost every student knows ‘Unomax’ . Over the years, Unomax pens quietly improved a lot in:

ink smoothness

grip quality

body finish

refill consistency

And now with both brands operating together, the big question is:

Could we see classic Cello DNA return with modern Unomax quality control?

Honestly….. maybe

But honestly, what I really want to see now is a serious improvement in QC, because BIC’s handling of Cello was genuinely disappointing.
