The side tongue
Seems like hanging their tongue off the side is a hound thing, anyone else noticed that? My St. Bernard would occasionally, but Harriet does it all the time.

My stomach hurts and my other dog wants to know where she went
Very fun to grow they kind of remind me of glass corn and the best part is they taste really good! I love sweet tomatoes and these are delicious.
My puppy stripped the bark off two of my trees this year so I am looking to replace them. I am looking for heirloom variety so no Home Depot or Lowe’s, but does anyone know of any farms or orchards around here that sell actual apple trees? I am in Rhode Island, but will travel to nearby Connecticut or mass. Thanks!
I am growing this golden lotus banana plant for the second year. It’s growing a lot of these little offshoots, can I remove them and plant them separately? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that? I’m also wondering if it’s time to repot and if so, what size pot and style of compost I should use. I am in zone 6B and brought this in over the winter where it’s slowly lost all of its leaves, and then in the spring, it started regrowing leaves again, so I brought it back outside when it warmed up.
My dog dug this up in my backyard, it’s about 10 - 12 feet behind the back of my house, and was only about 4 to 6 inches underneath a gravely area. The previous owners had as a sort of patio. For extra context, the house used to have a septic system and was converted to city sewer about 30 years ago the former owner passed away in a nursing home and the house was flipped, so there’s really no one to ask. This could be lined up with where the sewer pipe exits my house, but I can’t be sure.
I have no idea what I purchased. There’s no way these are better boy, correct? Could they be atomic?
Does anyone know the background story here?
I can’t wait to see what kind of tomatoes this one grows! Normally all of my volunteers spring up much slower and later, and all have resulted in some somewhat mediocre, cherry tomatoes…until now!
I get these are not for everyone 🤣 but I like corn dogs and quite frankly I’m impressed with the size of this box. I’m so sick of everything I purchased being tiny tiny portions in a big cardboard box.
I’m super excited about the dill pickle falafel balls
I grew this little lady from a corm that I bought from a store called Michigan bulb- no longer exists - about 10 years ago. Every once in a while, I scoop a chunk out and give it away or plant it someplace else in my garden. It’s been crazy hot today so she’s looking a little wilty ,)
Half bloodhound, 45% poodle, 5% Bernie’s Mountain dog 100% goofball
She’s a snooper doodle! She will be six months on May 8 and she weighs 62.4 pounds… Guessing that’s a full-size poodle in there lol
