anyone had side effects ? I think it has niacin in it and I feel a little nauseous. I never had a side effect with Tirz before but it had a different additive

Update: I previously used Brello which gave me Compounded Tirzepatide With B6
(Pyridoxine) and I think it was south end pharmacy. I never had any side effects. This time I feel a bit weird and nauseous. Is it the Niacinamide (thanks for the correction) Maybe I should try a different one? I just liked not having the side effect. Thanks!

Anyone familiar with Dan Kelso teachings. I know he wrote a book called Deep Self Investigation with his method for self inquiry. He may have a youtube but I heard him on a podcast the other day and was curious if anyone else is familiar with him

I’ve recently watched:

Unforgotten, After the Flood, Karen Pirie, The Victim and now watching Grace. I have also seen Broadchurch, Happy Valley and Shetland. I love shows that cover only one mystery for an entire season. Grace does them by episode but each episode is movie length so it still works. Love any suggestions!

I started watching this on Hulu. Just thinking it was another reality show like love is blind or something like that. I have never watched any of the 90 Day shows before but now I’m very sucked into the show and wanting to figure out who all these people are and what their past is, which led me to this board. i’m having a hard time believing that Tim and Jenn were ever married. Courtney really cracks me up. Tiffany calling Elise trash and that guy going back to Elise and saying I have to break up with you because you’re trash was crazy. I can’t believe he just nonchalantly said well you’re trash WTF I think I may have just found another show to get involved in!
