Am I being poached into a religious cult?

Heyy all so I need all of your wisdom and advice.

About 6 months ago I met a female 26 year old uni student/childcare worker (she is of Chinese background), let's call her Jane for the sake of the story. I was walking through Melbourne city and she stopped me randomly to ask if there were any good restaurants around, I then proceeded to have lunch with her. Our conversations revolved heavily around holidays, family backgrounds, siblings etc etc but the I distinctly remember the undertone of the conversation being around our religions growing up. For context, I grew up Jehovah's witness but am pretty agnostic now in my adult years.

Jane and I proceed to not talk for 6 months.

Recently, she reached out again, I was so excited as I remember us really having a great time when we first met, we got along really well. We caught up for dinner in the city again about 2 weeks ago, again had a good time, but the intensity of conversation about our family/religious backgrounds was notably increased. I thought nothing of it, I just thought we had similar histories and were becoming good friends.

Since then, she wanted me to meet her friend who does volunteering with children, which I expressed my interest in helping with. Last week, I met up with Jane and her friend, let's call her Sally. We three had very deep conversations about life but the predominant theme of the conversation was about religion. It's also worth noting that Sally studies Theology in uni, and happens to know definitions in the bible off by heart and can interpret them in great detail. Referring often to a mustard seed as a biblical metaphor.

After this dinner, Jane has been asking my very often about what I do on the weekends, after work etc. almost every day, I don't consider our relationship ready for this much back and forth. Also, Sally and Jane are wanting to catch up periodically each week or fortnight so we, and I quote, "don't forget the things we've talked about each time". I had an icky feeling that night that our hangouts would be more like a bible study, which I'm not interested in.

Am I slowly, and tactfully being pocahed into a religious cult due to my naivety? Or are these genuinely friends I should pursue? I've heard things about a notable religious cult in the Melbourne City area so please let me know if this all sounds like a tactic.

Got the hidden helix and upper loe both on my left ear done recently. Got conch a while ago and healed horribly, so took it out.

Open to getting more piercings, probably not conch though. Stack is just looking a bit bland. Eating to add some chains and dangly pieces, has to be gold plated titanium. Maybeeee some colour? The hidden helix (first pic) I will be changing to a hidden dangle piece, and the other side helix is just a placeholder, will be changing to something based on this advice. Note: I have very small ears so the smaller the jewellery the better imo, otherwise it can look very crowded.

Thxxxx in advance xxoxox
