Has anyone ever stripped the color on their seats to dye a different color that wouldn’t work otherwise?

Needs some help with engine mounts
I just finished getting the old mounts out and can’t figure out how to install these new umi mounts. I got one partially on but it isn’t aligned with the other holes and can’t find any type of instructions anywhere, so any help will be deeply appreciated.
