I got all the email to try to buy a device, to be met with hundreds of units available but not able to check out.
After quite a bit of back and forth, I still dont have an offer or my $30 back.

Anyone else in a situation where they just took your deposit and wont provide a way to order at early bird pricing like initially promised? Where all the links took you to pages saying hundreds were available but you still couldn't place an order?
At this point with this last mess, playing with everyones money, and no drive encryption, I want my money back and to warn people about them.
Im filing a dispute. Seems like it should violate merchant agreements to not hold up their end of the bargain.
