Fragrance neveah experience

Has anyone else had a weird experience with Fragrance Neveah?

I ordered Xerjoff Erba Pura from them recently and ended up doing an exchange because something felt off to me performance wise. At first their customer service was actually responding pretty fast and helping me out with the return label and everything.

But after the return label was sent, communication completely stopped. I shipped the package back, the tracking shows delivered, I sent them the tracking number, and still no response at all.

I’m not trying to instantly call them scammers or anything, but it’s starting to feel weird because they were very responsive before they got the package back. Now I’m kinda wondering if this is normal for them or if I should actually be worried.

Has anyone else dealt with this from them after a return or exchange? Did they eventually send your replacement/refund or did you have to keep contacting them?

Fragranceneveah fake or watered down erba pura?

I just got this Xerjoff Erba Pura and something feels off about it. I’ve smelled Erba Pura in stores a bunch of times before and the tester was crazy strong and super fruity/sweet. This bottle smells almost completely different.
Mine smells really weak, super alcohol heavy, and honestly kinda oily almost like cooking oil mixed into it. The fragrance itself smells like the one in the store just wayyy weaker. Even after multiple sprays people around me can barely smell it on me, which makes no sense because everyone says Erba Pura is supposed to be nuclear.
I also noticed:
oily residue on the bottle
bottom print rubbing off really easily
chipped/worn markings on the bottom
The bottle and packaging look pretty convincing to me so now I’m confused if this is a fake/refilled bottle, heat damage from shipping, or if I somehow got a terrible batch. Curious what you guys think.
