GSGlobal being Cheap with Defective Item replacement to US? Japan post Option

I'm wondering if anyone else in the US got the email from Goodsmile about any item replacement they've been waiting for. If I'm reading it right, it seems you have to prepay using a prepay app to use Japan post? I chose to wait and avoid using UPS to avoid this. They're other alternative was have the item shipped "to an address outside the United States, such as a friend’s address, an address in a neighboring country, a Mexico PO Box, or a forwarding service that you have arranged yourself etc." Which I view is BS.

I've emailed asking if i'd get reimbursed for any payment I'd make because, but I assume it will take awhile to get a response. Has anyone had any luck or experience with this? Feel free to tell me if I'm misunderstanding something too.

Mild grade fever but extreme pain. Need advice.

Posting this curled up at 3am, so sorry for any mistakes. For the last two days and this early morning, I’ve been fighting a low grade fever peeking at 101 f. I think I had a bad reaction to trying meloxicam even though it says it’s an uncommon side effect, the timing of it and the fever match. I had chronic pain before from what is suspected to be sjogrens/an autoimmune disorder and some other suspected conditions. This fever has spiked all my pain to the point I can’t sleep, I’m having pain in spots I didn’t know I’d have issues with like my knees and back, and I’m fighting nausea. Plus I’m having a mix of hot flashes and freezing limbs or just being cold. I’ve been taking ibuprofen after I stopped the meloxicam but the fever once again came back. And the other medications I’m on shouldn’t have had a bad reaction with it.

Other than ibuprofen, what can I do? My neck and everything hurt so bad I can’t even lay down comfortably and half of me is freezing while the other is roasting.

Holiday Matsuri Hotel Blocks

Hello, I'm wondering if Holiday Matsuri Orlando Hotels book out fast? I noticed it goes up in 3 - 4 days, and debating plans. I don't live in Florida, but was hoping to go a day with family and debated on getting a night.

Symptom Tracker Suggestions - Either Physical or Free App

I was wondering anyone had any suggestions on journals or free apps for tracking Sjogrens or even general symptoms, fatigue, pain, etc.? I'm for something that won't break the bank or be a monthly subscription.

Apologies ahead of time if my post is jumbled or I don't respond to all comments ahead of time, I've been dealing with a lot of fatigue and typing this was a bit of a challenge lol.

Types of hand issues or pain that comes with Sjogrens?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew or recall what issues with the hands could come with Sjogrens? I recall my Rheumatologist mentioning that there can be issues with the joins I believe when it comes to it, but I was wondering if there were any more issues or symptoms that can come with it?

Recently, I've been having sort of lightning or shooting paints going through my hands at random occasions. Not in the joints particularly or anything that last too long. I'm giving it time as I'm unsure if this is from carrying a heavier bag last week all day (though that feels like a bit of a stretch at this point), but I'm wondering if this could also be a new symptom for me. I deal with eye and skin dryness and those symptoms had progressed quicker than some other symptoms I have like joint and back pain.

Late Night Parking Question

I'm only attending Friday and had questions relating to parking. Normally, We park at convention center parking, but this year We plan to attend an after party. Does convention center parking or parking surrounding the convention center have certain hours of operation or will I be able to leave in the late night/early morning? Also, any recommended parking reservation sites for ahead of time? I'm afraid of falling for a scam one.

Virtual assessment tomorrow? Possible dumb question(s).

I'm getting virtually assessed tomorrow and am super anxious even though my therapist gave me some reassurance today. I know these may be a dumb question, but does my camera set up matter? I planned to use my laptop but contemplating on doing it from he couch since it's estimated to be 1.5 to 2 hours, and I think it may be the only place my cat won't try to interrupt during it (She loves trying to get on my lap or to get my attention at my desk or kitchen table). Also are small interruptions usually ok? My cat's feeder goes off during the appointment time goes off during the appointment. Sadly, If I isolate myself in a room, she will likely beg and yell to get in which would be far more distracting to me.

Coke Zero tasting like Diet?

I am just discovering that there was a change with Coke Zero's name to Coke Zero Sugar. Did anyone else purchase it in the last month or sooner and feel like their Coke Zero taste like Diet Coke?

Sorry for any mess in advance, I'm admittedly fried from PCM issues. To my knowledge, where I am there's months wait to get into a Military doctor and after having to change my previous one, I was wanting to change to civilian due to the wait.

My local groups say I can change using milconnect and I see that I can, but it has a really slim amount of doctors compared to the Tricare search they have on their own site. I have prime, and made sure to search in my plan and even called the doctor offices directly and they said they wait time is usually a week and are currently accepting. I call but Tricare refuses to change me from a non-military specialist due to my location.

I'm so burnt out trying to get my health care taken of...If if change my doctor on milconnect, will they attempt to change to a civilian will Tricare attempt to change it back? Is there a reason why they say one thing when I can do another? I would've considered switching to Select, but I have some health concerns that will be expensive if I have to copay at even around 20% and am currently in therapy, so hesitant to switch.
