Guide please

Hi everyone! I’m an international student planning to pursue a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) in Australia and I’m currently comparing universities.

I’m particularly interested in regional universities/locations because of the potential post-study and migration advantages, but I also want to make sure I choose a university where I can realistically find employment after graduation.

My main concerns are:

Good MSW accreditation and course quality
Strong placement opportunities and support
Good employment prospects after graduation
Reasonable commute and access to placement sites
A location that is genuinely considered regional for relevant migration/post-study purposes
Overall PR prospects for social work graduates
Student experiences with finding placements and jobs

I’m currently looking at options in places such as Adelaide, Perth, and other regional locations.

For international students who have studied Social Work in Australia: which regional university would you recommend, and why? Also, are there any universities/locations you would specifically avoid because of poor placements, difficult commuting, or limited employment opportunities?

I’d really appreciate honest experiences and advice, especially from current or former MSW students. Thank you!

Looking for someone who can help verify property ownership in Bahria Orchard

Hi everyone,
I’m in a bit of a difficult situation. My in-laws have been telling me certain things about a plot in Bahria Orchard, but I have reason to believe they may not be telling me the truth.
I’m trying to independently verify whether a particular person has a plot/property registered in Bahria Orchard. Does anyone here have legitimate contacts or links within Bahria Orchard/Bahria Town who could guide me on how property ownership can be verified against a CNIC?
I’m not asking anyone to share private information publicly. I just need someone who can tell me the proper/legal way to verify ownership or connect me with someone at the relevant office.
I’d really appreciate any genuine leads. Please DM me if you can help. Thank you.

Help

Hi everyone, I really need some advice because I feel very stuck.
I recently got nikahfied (no rukhsati yet), and after nikah I found out that my husband lied to me about some important things. Since then, I’ve completely lost interest in him. Sach bolun to mera dil hi nahi karta us se baat karne ka. I feel disconnected and uncomfortable continuing this relationship.
The problem is, I don’t want to stay in this marriage anymore, but things are complicated because of desi family dynamics. I can’t openly tell my parents everything, and whatever I say to him, he tells his parents, and then his mother calls my mother… and it just becomes an endless cycle.
I want a way out, ideally talaq from his side, but I also don’t want to be seen as the “bad person” or the one who broke the marriage. Rukhsati hasn’t even happened yet, so that makes it even more sensitive socially.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
How do I handle this in a calm and dignified way?
Is there a way to get separation without things blowing up or me being blamed?
Any advice would really help 🙏

Confused

I really need some outside perspective because this situation is messing with my head.

I am nikahfied (no rukhsati yet), and my in-laws always present themselves as very wealthy. Recently, I asked my husband if he could sponsor a trip for me to Baku. Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded if he simply said no.

Instead, he sent me messages saying his license is getting canceled and that he doesn’t have money right now.

I read those messages (with read receipts off) and shared them with a friend just to vent. Later, I noticed he had deleted all those messages from our chat.

When I asked him about it, he claimed his WhatsApp was hacked — that someone else sent those messages and then deleted them. He even posted a status saying his WhatsApp was hacked, shared a screenshot of money being deducted from his bank account, and said a friend told him his WhatsApp was logged in on 3 devices.

This is where it started to feel off. I asked him how his friend would even know that. He kept insisting it wasn’t him and blamed everything on “the hacker.”

To check, I resent him the same messages he had sent earlier and asked him directly if the voice notes were his. Since then, he’s gone completely offline.

The thing is — I’m not upset about the trip or the money. I’m upset because it feels like he’s lying and going to extreme lengths to cover it up instead of just being honest.

Am I overthinking this, or does this sound as strange as it feels to me?

Married 8 years younger guy

I married a man who is 8 years younger than me, and I feel like I've ruined my life. I'm emotionally exhausted and don't know what to do anymore.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did things get better, or did you decide to leave? I'd really appreciate honest advice without judgment.
