Laptop stuck in Windows recovery loop don’t know what to do!
Hello,
I have a problem with my laptop and I don’t know what to do anymore.
It started when my laptop (Lenovo V15-ADA) stopped finding any Wi-Fi networks after a restart whenever I tried to connect to Wi-Fi. I had this problem twice before, but I was always able to fix it. This time, however, nothing worked, including the other solutions I found online.
I then tried to do a Windows recovery because I read that it had fixed the issue for other people. In the middle of the recovery process, I got this message:
"Your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired.
Click, or press Enter, to view advanced repair options.
A connection to the network couldn't be established.
Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt"
After that, whenever I tried other recovery options, I got the same error message. Even when I tried to reset the PC, I received an error saying it wasn’t possible.
Unfortunately, I can’t cancel the process or do anything else. Sadly, I also didn’t back up my files anywhere beforehand because I was stressed out about the laptop not working and completely forgot about it.
Is there any way to save my laptop without losing my files, or am I completely screwed? :(
