Has anyone been extremely quiet and socially withdrawn for years, then completely changed their life?

I'm a 32-year-old man from India.
I've been very quiet since childhood. I rarely talk to people, stay at home most of the time, and often feel like there's no point in talking. Even with relatives, I usually just listen instead of speaking.
Recently, an older family acquaintance mocked me in front of my relatives, saying I never talk, only studied from books, and just stay at home. It really affected me because it confirmed what I've feared for years—that people think I'm weird or dumb because I'm so quiet.
I worry about my future, especially marriage and building relationships.
I'm not looking for motivational quotes. I'm looking for real stories from ordinary people.
I'd really appreciate honest experiences, especially from people who stayed quiet for many years before changing.
Hi everyone,
I've seen several YouTube channels that convert K-pop songs into Hindi while keeping the melody and rhythm similar to the original. I'm curious about the workflow they use.
Specifically, I'd like to know:
I'm interested in learning the process for creating original-language adaptations, not just simple lyric translations.
Thanks!
I'm a 32-year-old male. Since having COVID several years ago, I've had a persistent feeling of tightness and tension in my face and head.
The tightness is mainly around my nose bridge, forehead, scalp, jaw, and sometimes the back of my head/neck. It feels as if the muscles are constantly tense or pulling. I also feel less mentally sharp than before.
Symptoms include:
Before this started, I felt much quicker mentally and had no major issues following conversations.
I've had sinus evaluations and nothing significant was found. Anxiety may be contributing, but the physical tightness feels very real and persistent.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms after COVID, chronic stress, TMJ/jaw tension, neck issues, muscle tension, or anything else? Did you find a cause or anything that helped?

Hey everyone,
Is anyone else tired of Nagpur getting completely ignored whenever a major international or Korean film releases in India?
The new survival thriller Colony is out, but it's only playing in metros like Mumbai and Pune. The exact same thing happened back when Train to Busan released, and we never got to experience it on the big screen.
We have a massive anime, K-drama, and global cinema fanbase in Nagpur, but multiplexes like PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis think there's no market here.
I’ve started a Change.org petition to prove to the local theater programming managers that we WILL fill the seats if they give us even a single slot or a special weekend screening.
Please take 10 seconds to sign it and upvote this post so more locals see it:

Let's make some noise so they can't ignore us! 🍿🔥
