I’ve been a regular Uber user, but lately, they’ve been acting strangely. One time, I placed an order and kept searching for it for over 20 minutes before they canceling it. Surprisingly, they didn’t refund my money. I filed a complaint back in 30/5, but to my dismay, nothing has happened since then.
To make matters worse, today, they charged me an extra 0.03 from my card. This is the second time this has happened in the past week. I had paid the full fare for my last trip last Friday, and there were no additional charges. I deleted my card from Uber app
This situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’m not sure what happened to Uber, but I’m definitely not going to be a customer anymore.
