I recently got my G2 and got a quote to be a 3rd car on my parents insurance. I would have to pay $1100 a month just for me making it $22k total yearly including my parents.

I’m in my last year of high school and I really love cars,I’m in an auto shop program in school and have a mechanic coop too. I’ve heard that if you do something you like as a job you end up hating it. It this true? I don’t want to become a mechanic just to hate cars. I was also thinking trucking or heavy machinery mechanic also.
Car has been sitting for 13 years, I’ve recently changed oil,added newer fuel, and some tlc. When I did that the engine would try to crank. Few days later I put a new battery and spark plugs then it sounds like this. Any help?
