Does anybody in Ireland/UK know anywhere that sells them?? Can’t find them online it’s all the US and it’s hard to find what I actually need? I have a Remington 700 sps varmint 308 that I’m looking to drop into it..

I have 308 sps Varmint, in an ACC elite stock. Thing will consistently group at 100. At 300 it’s so sporadic, will shoot two bullets 3” left of bull, then next one will be 6” right of it. And then shoot 3 more all to the right and then back to left side again.
I’ve tried 150s 168s and all that. All the same. Checked my rings, my scope mount, barrel is as clean as a whistle the rifling is sharp as a knife, no holes or pitting. Shooting off a bipod and a bag, I shoot my 223 at 300 and I’ll land everything bang into the bull so my fundamentals are solid.
I cannot wrap my head around it whatsoever how it is shooting so inconsistent, I would say something if it was staying to one side and just spreading out a few inches but to be doing a 2-“ group on the left side of bull and then jump 6-8 to right of bull fucks with my head. 110 euros worth of ammo shot today and the groupings left me wanting to save a bullet for myself.
Anybody experienced this?
Anybody have recommendations for 168 gr factory ammo for 308, can’t reload in my country and ammo is scarce and don’t have a wide selection like in the US.
At moment my dealer said he’s getting Hornady Black 168gr in stock, also may be getting Hornady Super Performance 168gr match ELD. Any other well know widely available? Need accuracy for this match as its biggest of the year.
Heya lads, just quick one, has anybody ever used a Bergera action and barrel for PRS? I have ACC elite on a 223 at the moment and want to drop the new action into this chassis to do the PRS so has to be R700 footprint… don’t have the option of Areo and all that here in Ireland… the market here is so bare and skint and government makes it so hard to get stuff in from other countries so have to work with what I can get my hands on… which means either Remington/ Bergera or howa, custom actions can’t really be got here
