Cooked by the exam :(
Guys, I’m seriously traumatized and depressed. I took the computer-based IELTS Academic exam yesterday, and I completely messed up the listening and reading sections—I’m not happy with how it went.

I had practiced with all the listening and reading tests from Cambridge 10 to 20, and I was consistently averaging around 6.5, 7, or 7.5.

But in the actual exam, I had to blind-guess so many questions, and honestly, the pattern felt nothing like the Cambridge books. The passages were insanely difficult. When I used to take mock tests, I’d finish with 20 minutes to spare and still score a 7 or 7.5. But in the real exam? I was absolutely cooked.

any last minute tips
Hey, my IELTS exam is tomorrow! Any last-minute tips? I'm honestly super stressed about writing and speaking.
lend me some advice plz
I took the 'IELTS Familiarisation Test' on the British Council website to get used to the user interface of the actual IELTS exam. However, the audio speed in the listening part felt too fast. Even though I have a good typing speed, I kept missing the subsequent questions while typing out my answers.
Based on your experience, could you please tell me what the audio speed is like in the actual IELTS exam?
