Style Pilot Program
Hey all,
My store is one of the pilot stores where Target is investing around 150 hours weekly into style payroll. Over the past 3 weeks, we’ve onboarded roughly 12 new style TMs and are expecting a new lead.
The difference is shocking: Our style sales have gone up roughly 49% over the past week. Style re-shop no longer violates any OSHA codes, and style freight is being pushed out the day of. This is one of the greater things Target has done since I’ve been a team member, something I don’t recall happening often.
I’m excited to see if they invest more money into payroll, specifically GM. More GM hours would 100% lead to a jump in sales, zoning alone is shown to boost them alone by around 15% (Shown in this study). Pushing freight to the floor more effectively leads to lower INFs, increased sales and more accurate inventory.

Minas Tirith Retail Release
Hi all,
I’m fortunate to work at a major retailed (Target); previously they have sold Barad-Dur and Rivendell online. Are there explicit release dates for Minas Tirith at online retailers? I’d love to save 15% but if there isn’t a definitive date I’ll just bite the bullet and purchase directly from lego June 1st. Thanks

Hi all,
I’ve had this card for 12 years, my neighbor gave me her kids stuff and this was apart of it. I have very little knowledge of Pokemon in general, but it does date 1999. There is some damage, I believe a scratch in the holofoil and general wear and tear. Thanks

Hey all, does someone know the correct way to feed the label paper for take-up mode onto the roller?
I’ve been bullshitting this for years by just using the label to stick the paper to the roller, but we just got a refurbished printer so I want to keep it nice. Thanks!

Hi all,
With it recently transitioning to spring insects have began being active as usual. Unfortunately, an unknown type of wasp has found domicile somewhere in my front door or awning.
They have found their way inside through windows and what not, and they love crowding around the screen door when it’s used. They’re very calm in the mornings, especially when cool. Their activity peaks around noon.
Provided are pictures of the things, they have shown no signs of aggression yet but they are very intimidating and their stings probably hurt a lot.

Before I was wave trained, before I had common sense, and before I had gained the respect of my coworkers I thought it was a good idea to drop a car seat from the top of steel (hardline backroom). The car seat landed square on a u-boat, taking out the 3rd and 2nd shelves completely and sounding like a sonic boom.
The worst part? My store had yet to purchase shepards hooks, so I had climbed up the shelves and had pushed it off manually (about 10-14ft above solid concrete).
Having climbed down, I tried to salvage the now destroyed u-boat only to realize the metal was literally bent to shit and sheared in some parts. The car seat had somehow carried the force of a train and bent solid steel.
This is the first time I’ve shared this story even though it happened 2 years ago, obviously I’ve learned a lot and unfortunately the u-boat was un salvageable.
