For doing so she was maliciously prosecuted -not once, but twice- by state officials who disliked her personally.” [Id. at 14]. She alleged that Lisa Butler, one of the DCF social workers who received Plaintiff’s allegedly threatening email, “attempt[ed] to undermine the plaintiff's mental health [and] is an example of government gang stalking.” [Id.].
Next, the complaint alleged violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241 based on collusion between Plaintiff’s probation officer and the state police, who conspired with DCF and the State’s Attorney to retaliate against Plaintiff. [Id.].

While she didn't say much in court, Cupp has been outspoken on the internet, referring to herself as a whistleblower and victim of human trafficking. She claims in various podcasts and on social media to be the target of gang stalking, local and nationwide corruption, and retaliation.
She was then charged in Boone County with two counts of resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon and two counts of neglect of a dependent. Her two children were with Cupp when
she shot at the officer and she left them standing in a driveway when she ran to hide in a nearby woods, according to the affidavit. While crouching in the woods and awaiting capture, Cupp posted a video pleading for help, wearing a bikini and a floppy hat.
The trouble seems to have originated with a complaint Cupp made against a man she accused of harming her daughter in 2021 in Hancock County. Cupp has talked about the accusations at
length on social media.
Her daughter was the subject of a forensic interview at a child advocacy center in Hancock County,
and police never pursued charges, Cupp said during a March podcast with Citizen Media News. Cupp got a protective order for her children so the man could not approach them, she said.
Things came to a head when Cupp found the man videoing her daughter and nephew, she claimed in the podcast. She said her daughter and nephew were riding a four-wheeler in the neighborhood when the man's children stepped in front of it, causing them to stop, and then the man filmed them.
Cupp drove into the man's driveway, cursed at him and his wife, ordered him to stop filming, and slapped the woman's face, leaving a red mark, according to her Hancock County probable cause affidavit. The woman said the children on the four-wheeler were misbehaving and making rude gestures before Cupp pulled onto the property uninvited, according to the affidavit.

This all began when the Houston Police Officer’s Union posted Carroll’s home address, phone number, and employment information on their official Facebook page, accompanied with the caption, “For all of our Kingwood officers, apparently this person is extremely anti-police.”
Visibly tired, he has already turned away countless reporters, curious neighbors, and food delivery people, the latter of whom have been sent as part of childish pranks by an army of anonymous gang stalkers, many of whom are members of local law enforcement agencies. Police and civilians alike have driven by, leering at the front of Carroll’s residence; a random person tore up his parents’ yard; threatening phone calls have come in as often as four times per minute, and countless complaints have been filed against his real estate license with every professional agency available. This is gang stalking taken to an entirely new level.
Though Facebook eventually removed the post, it was too late for the internet to forget. A virtual invitation to gang stalk Carroll rippled through right wing channels on the internet, being shared tens of thousands of times across law enforcement pages, with a local FOX affiliate even airing his phone number on the evening news.

So many people are outraged at my lack of sympathy with the deceased NYPD officers, or my re-framing of the conflict to one of institutional racism and police oppression. In the past few years Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Mike Brown, and Houston's own Jordan Baker were murdered by police. These unarmed victims and their families and communities have the entirety of my sympathy, and I stand with them in solidarity.
Aside from my purported lack of sympathy, people are questioning my stance regarding the police. Personally, I've never been anything but a “peaceful protester.” I have no criminal violations whatsoever. By any definition imaginable, I'm an outstanding citizen. That doesn't mean that I disown the reaction of oppressed communities to systemic violence.
Cops are not being brought to justice and moreover I'm seeing the methods of peaceful protest and electoral reform fail. Thus far, I've watched the police evict Occupy Houston with batons in hand; and, just weeks ago, I saw them shut down a protest which comprised a community in mourning over the death of Eric Garner. The police did this by arresting people for interfering with the duties of a police officer. While, I don't know the details of the case, I saw the arrests by HPD: in every case, those were unarmed individuals acting peacefully. I'm not content with the current state of affairs and have picked the side of the people. While I'd prefer to end with a quote from someone more radical, I'll leave with this one and hope it better connects with my audience

If peaceful revolution has been made impossible: if neither Jeb Bush nor Hillary Clinton spells “peaceful revolution” electorally, and everything from feeding the homeless to politically organizing in parks has been made illegal, will you stand with the current state of affairs regardless of injustice or embrace JFK's inevitable?
Do I wish every police officer dead? No. I wish they'd turn in the badge and cease being police officers and join the people. That is not realistic. For now, the focus must be on the systemic issues the police enshrine in society and how to best resolve those issues.

Battle Ground man beaten to death with baseball bat
Reichow, Maulding and Tanninen drove to a storage facility that Tanninen rented. According to documents, the three were hanging out inside the facility when Tanninen received a strange phone call from somebody talking about a drug deal. Tanninen then told Reichow and Maulding that she was being “gang stalked.”
Reichow told police he then told Tanninen that he had been stalked and harassed for the last six years. According to court documents, Reichow told police that they were exiting the storage facility out the back door and said that Maulding was in some “kind of altered state.” Reichow said Maulding had been drinking alcohol and be gan hitting a baseball bat against the heel of his (Maulding’s) foot.
Reichow told police Maulding started saying “what’s up boy” and that Maulding and Tanninen started cornering him. Reichow stated, according to court documents, that Maulding kept saying “hay boy, hay boy” to him. Reichow claimed Tanninen then started accusing him of being part of the people who were stalking her and said Maulding was also accusing him of stalking Tanninen.
Reichow told police that he was concerned that Maulding was going to harm him with the baseball bat, so he ran around the building and hid under an RV on the south side of the storage facility. At that point, according to court documents, Reichow told police that Tanninen and Maulding came around the corner in Tanninen’s white Ford Expedition, and that Maulding came out of the Expedition with a baseball bat and was “coming at me.”
Reichow told police Maulding grabbed and ripped his shirt, and Reichow then grabbed the bat away from Maulding by pulling the bat out of his hands and knocking him down. According to court documents, Reichow then invoked his rights at this time and stated, “at this point forward, I’ll need an attorney.
According to court documents, Tanninen told police that while at the storage facility she, Maulding and Reichow were talking about government, organized crime and gang stalking. She stated that she then received a phone call from a “Hispanic” subject demanding $5,000. Upon completion of the call, Tanninen, who claimed to believe Reichow was somehow associated with the phone call, confronted him. Tanninen, according to the documents, asked Reichow who he “really was” and for his identification. Maulding, according to Tanninen’s account, participated in the confrontation, asking for his last name and who he was. (Pages A-4 to A-5)
Stephen Reichow is sentenced to 24 years in prison.

It says Jeffrey Henry Williamson, 49, of Las Vegas, was convicted on December 16, 2014, after a jury trial in D.C. The government's evidence concerned his approximately 4½-minute 911 call in which he threatened to kill an FBI special agent working in Denver.
The DOJ subsequently reported that Williamson was sentenced on March 10, 2015, to eight years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

Williamson admitted making the threat, but disputed the required retaliatory intent, arguing that he believed Schmitt and other FBI agents were harassing him.
Williamson also sought to argue that he had been entrapped into making the threat. He suggested that Schmitt's purpose for harassing him was to induce him to commit a crime.

The appellant, Jeffrey Henry Williamson, is a prisoner at the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina. While nearing the end of his eight-year sentence for threatening to murder an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Williamson mailed a series of letters threatening not only the Assistant U.S. Attorney who prosecuted him but also the prosecutor’s family and an FBI agent. In his letters, Williamson recounted dreams of murdering the prosecutor and his family, and asked “How does that make you feel? There will be justice/you made a terrible mistake.” App. 3. As to the FBI agent, Williamson wrote: “the following BOP staff gang stalking + harassment as well as Butner FCI #1 has caused me nightmares of shooting FBI agent [X] in his head with a 300 mag sniper rifle at 300 yards like a deer”. App. 3. A grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Williamson in September 2020 for those threats, and Judge Walton denied Williamson’s motion to be released pending his trial. App. 227. He has not yet been tried on those charges. During pretrial proceedings, Williamson finished serving his eight-year sentence for his earlier offenses. The pretrial detention order has continued his confinement at FCI Butner.

Jeffrey Williamson was indicted for mailing letters threatening an FBI agent and a federal prosecutor while serving a sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution (“FCI”) in Butner, North Carolina. In June 2021, when his sentence expired, Williamson was committed to pretrial detention. After a court-ordered psychiatric examination concluded that he met the standard for insanity, the government moved to dismiss his indictment without prejudice “solely for reasons related to [his] mental condition.” J.A. 268.
The government also asked the district court to stay the dismissal order and commit Williamson to FCI Butner for 45 days so he could be evaluated for dangerousness under 18 U.S.C. § 4246. That provision authorizes civil commitment of individuals whose release poses a danger to the public. As applicable here, it applies to persons “in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons” whose charges “have been dismissed solely for reasons related to the[ir] mental condition.” 18 U.S.C. § 4246(a). If the director of the facility where the person is held determines he meets the statute's standard for dangerousness, the director must file a so-called dangerousness certificate. Id. This certificate stays the person's release pending civil commitment proceedings provided for in the statute. Id.
