Caribeans in Woodlands/Spring/Champions

Where do latinos from venezuela, colombia, rd, pr, etc hang out in this area? Me (M26) and my wife (F24) struggle to find friends with same type of culture... we go to clubs 2-4 times a year cause we rather more chill plans... so if you have any recommendations for bars, activities or latin clubs in this area lmk

Regret of having kids?

My question comes from trying to figure out some issues some family members are going through.

They met and had their first baby really fast, they loved being parents, had their issues but everything started going south when they the 2nd baby was born which it was before the first had 2yo. So they had 2 under 2, toddler and newborn. Looking from the outside, that where we can guess that real problems started.

What it seems is like having 2 under 2 was too overwhelming for the mom and she started preventing her husband (my cousin) to work so he can help her with the kids. She asked to move to another state so she can have people around to help her more with the kids. Then she complains that when people help her they only take cake or the toddler and not the baby. When he gets out of work she demands he arrives as soon as possible. She wants to work now (when she stated in the past that she didn't miss working, when it was only the first child). She's thinking of sending the toddler to kinder so someone else can take care of only the baby so she can work part time. She's basically unhappy all the time and asking for people to help her with her two children.

Looking from the outside, when the 2nd came, she regretted being a mother, is that a possibility? Have you ever heard of a situation like that? Are we completely wrong for thinking that might be a possibility?

This a sensitive subject and we would love to have more info but they moved away and its harder to talk details about this, but we are really worried cause my cousin doesn't know what else to do to make her happy
